Friendly staff, quick and easy scheduling and convenience made this place a good choice for me. Despite being a small place I couldn't be happier with the ease of getting a hold of the office. One of my biggest complaints with doctors is that you can be put on hold a lot or have to wait a bit to talk to someone to schedule an appointment but each time I've called the office I have gotten through and had questions answered quickly. As a new patient I also was afraid it might take a bit to get a first appointment scheduled, however after dropping off my paperwork after a fax was having difficulty being delivered, the transfer of files went through within a week, and I had an appointment for a couple of weeks later, despite wanting an appointment 3:15 or later, which sometimes can be prime time and hard to book in short notice. When going in for my appointment I got there just on time, only waited a few minutes, had my height weight etc all done within a few minutes, and hardly waited at all to be seen by the PA who was friendly and helpful. Had a great first experience at this doctor's office and am happy for the convienience so close to home. If you live nearby I definitely recommend checking out this office.

Dr. Lee will actually listen to your concerns, he does not judge you, and actually treats you like a human being. I have had poor experiences with past doctors and Dr. Lee blows them out of the water. All of the office staff are just as nice, too. People don't usually look forward to going to the doctors office, but they ease any anxiety I've had.

The blood in his urine kept getting worse. My dad went for a second opinion, who did some further testing, he actually had stage 4 urothelial carcinoma. He had a kidney and ureter removed and many rounds of immunotherapy and then chemotherapy. My father died a year later. I would never recommend Dr Lillie to anyone. Think twice before going to him.

I was practically living on antibiotics. I demanded a referral here as they also have immunologists. I just knew something else was wrong with me but I didn't know what! Then I met Christina Long here and after discussing everything, she suggested it may be migraines .. that 80% of migraines are misdiagnosed as sinus infections! She did still do testing on me though to rule anything else out. My tests were normal and she referred me to dent for my migraines but also prescribed a different nose spray than the other doctors have. The combination of the new nose spray and the migraine treatment I now receive has completely changed the quality of my life! I cannot believe it took 10 years for someone to tell me this is migraines! I went an entire year without antibiotics which was incredible to me! I was recommended Buffalo Amherst Allergy after moved back to the area ofter 10+ years in another state. I was dreading starting over with all new doctors in general, but very worried about going back to square one with my allergy shots. My old office wasn't very helpful in sending my old viles, so Dr. Lomas worked with me to retest for regional allergens and amend my care so I didn't have to completely restart. Every check in I have had since she has been very attentive and caring and I think she is an amazing doctor! The front desk staff are very helpful with questions and in scheduling new appointments. The nurse have all been amazing too! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Administering the shots is always quick and painless. I can tell they take great care in what they do! I also love that there is an Orchard Park office, as I have since moved again since restarting my allergy treatments, so it is great to have a location a little closer to home.

This letter should have been sent out last month. Why would you put clients health at risk. They are only providing 30 days worth of medications. So if you had an appointment next month most likely its canceled. This is not a place I would recommend even if the so called change wasn't in place. When calling to fill a…read morescript you have to call their "refill" line multiple times, over and over, and practically beg for them to send it to your pharmacy. If your pharmacy has an issue or question for dr. bassig- good luck! You will be doing their job for them, for days, and become the middle man between the pharmacy and doctors office and have to make multiple phone calls repeatedly on their behalf, because they will refuse to call like they're supposed to for whatever reason.. His family runs the front office and it's very evident. It is unorganized and unprofessional. At one point they were unwilling to fill scripts (medication I'm required to take daily) due to a small balance, which is unethical and not allowed. My scripts were only filled at this point after threatening to report them for unethical practices. 0/10- would not recommend to absolutely anyone!!
