I hope this review doesn't make him so busy that I'll find it hard to book him next time I need him.

Trust me, finding an electrician in Bend who isn't booked out for 8 weeks can be tough, so we thought we struck gold when he said he could do our job (a relatively small one) the next day!! I highly recommend Costa electric for any job, big or small and we will definitely call them for future electrical needs!

(2 stars) "The…read moreelectrician who did the work was competent and efficient. However, my experience with Lights On Electric's billing and follow-up was disappointing. When the nearly $3,000 invoice arrived, I asked for clarification about the charges. In response, I was given only gross figures, with no clear breakdown explaining the specific work performed or how the charges were calculated. Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again."

The inspector came by to do the inspection, and I had to end up, caulking for them. The bill was about 3 to 500 more than I would've expected . They did hit another line and they did repair it without charging me for that and he was nice enough to let me know the wire and everything I need for my hot tub, so there were some good and bad takeaways.
