This is not my usual spot but I choose to use the $10 off Groupon for this restaurant. For the oxtails I choose a medium and paid $2 for extra oxtail which I believe they left out and I hope they left out cause the portion was disappointing. This made my medium oxtail $14.25!! I don't mind the portion of the oxtail if it was worth it but........let's just say it was not. It was a little bland and not so tender but maybe I got it when it was just done compared to oxtail that has been sitting in liquid for a few hours. I will say it was kinda meaty but that doesn't matter if I dont want no more than 3 bites. I basically packed it all back up but the chicken soup and sent it to my brother. Now I never cared for brown stew chicken cause I'm a jerk chicken person first but this brown stew chicken was probably better than my oxtail. Flavor was good and chicken was super tender and not dry. Chicken soup was by far the best I have ever had. Most places the soup gets a little gamey with pumpkin but this soup was flavorful and the dumpling were tasty and soft. My conclusion is yes the best chicken soup I have had from a Jamaican restaurant but not good enough to go back and try again....I hate to write reviews like this but I have to be honest with my taste buds are saying!!

Jerk Chicken was very flavorless. I've had authentic Jerk Chicken in Jamaica and this was far from authentic. Sadly this was our first and last time. Don't waste your time for bad food and service.
