AWESOME! 1) Communication was 5 stars, before, during and after 2) Attitude was 5 stars, during the initial phone call, as he worked on the safe, and as he cleaned up and wrote up the final bill. 3) Price quoted was the final price, 5 stars. 4) Copatantcy 5 stars, he had the safe lockout under control as soon as he walked in, contacted the manufacturer to verify the particulars to open this safe. I had called a total of 5 locksmiths, the first didn't work on safes, the second didn't either but referred me to someone that did. The third said that he could open the safe for $500 and dispose of the safe for another $200. I called the forth who said he didn't work on safes and referred me to Randy. Randy was pleasant and professional on the initial call. I explained the issue and that I already had the replacement parts from the manufacturer (Cannon Safes overnighted me the parts the locksmith would need to fix the safe as they understood it.) He was able to quote me a price over the phone, that was the final price. The price was less, not much, than the other locksmith wanted to open the safe and leave me with an unusable safe or charge me $200 to haul it away. Randy was able to open the safe, replace the broken parts with replacements supplied by Cannon, and leave me a fully functional safe. Thanks again Randy! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I asked him to fix one interior restroom door knob. He didn't confirm the price before beginning the work. ( this was for a business, I called him in) Red flag immediately. I shouldn't even have to pay. He charged $140 for travel...From 25 miles away...And $145 for a retail interior restroom doorknob. $350 total.....His prices get higher every time you work with him. Save yourself the $$$ and trouble and go elsewhere. read more
