Needed our floor SentrySafe unlocked - as the battery controlled keypad went AWOL. The good folks at SentrySafe were unable to provide me with a solution other than to have someone come in and hammer (read: break) the safe open! Reached out to quite a few companies and none came close to Doug's responsiveness. Not only did he assure me that he could help - but also provided me with a quote that made sense, given the predicament I found myself in. On the day of the appointment, Doug came over right on time, and tried to do the best he could opening the safe 'without' actually hammering it open! When that wasn't possible, he asked if he could bore a small hole, which he would cover up once done, which was just fine. In a matter of 15 or so minutes thereafter, voila' - the safe was wide open. I can't say enough about how efficient and professional Doug was. If I could give more stars I would!! He is 5 star quality without question.. Professional and knowledgeable was my first impression, he got to work and was finished what seemed almost instantly. He explained everything he did and pricing was more then fair. I found him by going on Google and searched Orange County Safe Cracker and wah lah top of list. I normally wouldn't do review for this sort of service but he just made everything so easy.. and the products were top of the line not the generic crap I've gotten from other lock smiths. Had to call Doug to unlock/manipulate our floor safe. Doug is very professional and courteous. He was very patient trying to manipulate the safe and only has drilling as a last resort. Doug was extremely helpful in getting our safe open as the combo was no longer working. He really knows his stuff, a savant when it comes to safes. I was afraid he would have to ruin it and drill it, but luckily he was able to open it and repair it without us having to buy a new one. Don't trust your safe to an inexperienced locksmith, who may get your safe open, but destroy it in the process. I spotted this Locksmith's van on the road and mentioned how my brother purchased a mobile home that has a safe in it but no combination or key.
