Was given an estimate and scheduled an appointment for final quote after seeing the vehicle. The tech arrived in a personal vehicle creating doubt of an actual company. At that time given a quote that was over double the initial quote. I asked about the quote I received and the tech advised that was for a non OEM replacement key fob after he contacted someone. I asked about the difference and was shown a different key fob and was told it would work the same...and it does however what the tech neglected to state that my vehicle would be damaged and that there will always be a steady red key symbol lighted up on my dashboard which will impact any resale value. This company refused to undue the programming and give my money back. Beware they don't disclose all the information needed to make a decision on options. I would never have purchased an extra car key fob knowing i would forever have a red light on my dashboard.

Have gotten 5+ spare car keys cut for my work fleet of vehicles with the folks here as well as several personal car key spares. If they don't have it in stock when you show up or when you call, they'll order it and let you know when it arrives. After they cut the key, they'll even program the key to make sure it works for you and all of this at a fraction of price of a dealership (2 flip keys cut and programmed ~ $275 compared to ~$400+ for 1 key cut and programmed at a dealer). Now this is how you develop a customer base. I went back to my car and scrounged up $1 worth of change came back and left it on the counter. Much better experience than I had yesterday at another locksmith. They told me my key was coated with titanium and it would break their key copying machine and they were rude about it.
