I was with Allstate for approximately 8 years when they sent me a letter to update my credit card…read moreinformation due to expired anyway I called to do it then instead they directed me to do it on line when I did it on line the registration field said annual payment and I was on monthly payments I tried to change but it didn't let me I called back and they said don't worry about it it will continue billing monthly well they charged me for the whole year on my credit card , so I called to cancel my membership and all the customer service guy would do is talked over me and continue with his sales pitch, all I wanted was my refund but the guy was basically being a retarded moron, the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced and I recommend never do business with Allstate, they will waste your time , I believe they are really running a racketeering Scam by over billing you then taking weeks to return your money they should be investigated and prosecuted
