On multiple occasions I've called or stopped by, only to be told that no one was available to help me. Each time I left my name and number, I was promised a call back -- but I have never once received one. This forces me to return in person, where the outcome is usually either: 1. "We're out of stock," or 2. "Someone will call you back." As a small business owner, I only purchase 1-4 locks per year, which is nothing compared to the large timber company that seems to get first priority. Still, every customer deserves fair treatment and basic communication. A promised call back should actually happen, regardless of order size. On my most recent visit (two trips in one day), I finally spoke with someone knowledgeable about inventory and keying. Even then, I was told "someone will call you back." That was over three days ago, and I'm still waiting. At the time, there was open discussion among staff about whether additional stock was available, but I left without answers. Because Abloy keys cannot be duplicated by other locksmiths, I'm now forced to shop online, where replacement keys can take weeks. This lack of support locally has cost me significant time and frustration. This is not an isolated incident -- I've had at least three other nearly identical experiences with Security Lock & Alarm: no follow-up, repeated visits, and wasted time. It really highlights how small businesses and individual customers are deprioritized compared to big contracts. In short: if you're not a large-volume customer, don't expect much help here.

He said he could…read moremake a new key for our Toyota when we lost the key he charged us his fee and worked on it for at least 8 hours then told us that it had a special security system and that he would have to have the CPU removed and soldered on to bypass the immobilizer when he gave it back to us with the new key he made it did not work In the meantime we happen to find the original key Lucky for us right no whatever he had done to the CPU now it recognizes no key and will not start we are left with a vehicle that is nothing more than a paperweight and he is refusing to help remedy the situation in any way
