The picnic areas were clean and well kept with quite a few tables, and there was a launch area for canoes and kayaks.

The views are spectacular and the water is divine so don't forget your bathing suits! The boats are in tip top shape and most have a nice shade awning to get out of the sun if you like. All boats are equipped with life jackets so you can put one on and float in the water - which is also lovely to do! We made the mistake of thinking that our reservation was 5-7 PM. We showed up at 5. They close at 6. It would seem we still have 1 hour of our reservation left either way, no? Well, no. When we got there they rudely told us we were an hour late and they "put away" our paddleboards. If we had come at 4 we would've been out until 6 anyways...I truly don't see a difference. They don't cite a cancellation policy online. Anyways, the entire interaction was incredibly rude and they were very condescending and acted like they couldn't believe we could've gotten the time wrong. Innocent mistake, not very kind or understanding company.

Restrooms, food and drinks for purchase were located on the bottom deck. We sat on the upper deck. It was enclosed and warm inside. It was windy and too cold to sit outside that day. There is free parking across the street and a nice souvenir shop as well.
