We sampled food from many different local vendors that were so incredible. The best Greek yogurt I've ever had, wonderful wine, cookies from Scabdanavia and local produce. We even sampled water from the springs. Next we went on to a local brewery and enjoy pizza and a beer. After that we went to a farm to table comfort food restaurant. Next was a local market where we tasted yummy cheese. Lastly we stopped at a honey and tea place where we sampled honey's and a little tiny dessert with cheese and apple. At several points during the tour, there are good views of races and happenings in the paddock where horses get ready for the race. Dave was our outstanding guide and has been giving tours at the track for many years. He was an encyclopedia of great stories of life in the thoroughbred racing world. Many of the attractions in Saratoga are closed this you and this is a great alternative for the entire family.
