Malta Gardens, Malta Pointe etc. After living here for years, dealing with multiple Maintenance Calls, only having to get no response, or no service back in return for things I needed fixed, like MOLD on wooden tiles, Mold underneath my tiles and on the wall. Which is all coming from something I called and told them about and they said they would come and fix. They never did, also they decided to SUPER GLUE and staple a drawer together to fix it, and the other drawer just fell apart like the first one (maintnence came and fixed that one already but i assume he probably did the same thing to that. Laurie is the manager that runs this site and the others from what i gather. She's done nothing but lie, and give us run around's the entire time on paying rent etc, so we payed last months rent late, its now the next month, we gave her a check on the 31st of last month, apparently she still wants to charge us late fees and court costs for the month of August saying that it falls into lasts months late rent. And its only the 9th, we have until monday to leave. NOTE: WE owe nothing from last month, AND we payed EXTRA into this month. We have the money, but were going to court instead. Don't let these people rob you, take them to court like we are. Laurie Hayner is the manager by the way, if you ever come to any of these places, please get far away, theres a reason this place is drug infested and everyone gets evicted from here. Steer Clear of solomon apartments or anything owned by them, and Laurie Hayner. All of this information is true, not a single word was a lie.

Large bathrooms, spacious rooms and garage, perfect sized kitchen, and loved the staff. The ladies and gentlemen who work at the front office and on grounds are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Snow removal was superb and the apartment seems so quiet for there to be so many kids outside playing. We only met one neighbor moving in and we told them we had a truck coming and didn't want their car to possibly get hit where they had parked and they were very friendly and glad to help us out. So far we love it here and as time goes on will update but so far so good!

These guys were wonderful every step of the way. While the experience is incredible, the great staff made this whole day truly special. Everything for our white water rafting adventure was taught to us and explained in great detail. Everyone felt comfortable. Equipment was kept in great shape, and we felt confident in the gear and the staff. The staff were also really funny, making everyone feel welcome. We rode a shuttle to our put-in site, and we carried the rafts down to the river. Shortly after, we were on the water going through class three rapids, and it was a blast! Going for a swim in the calm sections surrounded by wilderness was incredible! The water gun fights between groups was also great fun. Overall, I would do this again time and time again. It was such great fun!

We showed up for our appointment early and still had to wait for a boat with a broken canopy. When settling the owner was very rude and told us that no discretion would be allowed in the price even though the dockhand assured us they would occur. They owner went on to say that the dockhand was new and was not allowed to do that and that if we were dissatisfied we could buy his business for $5.5 million. It was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone and i would ask the owner learn some basic customer service skills.

On busy days it gets a little hectic because boaters that tow and launch there dont always exercise courtesy on being efficient and ready ahead of time which is not on the marina. They are better suited than the other marinas!!
