    Tree farm

We have been coming here for years and we always find the best tree every year. With reasonable prices amazing staff it's always a comeback every year .

So beautiful even though it's missing the garland

This was the first time we have gotten a tree here. We went on Nov 23rd to reserve our tree. Everyone we encountered was friendly & helpful. They have lots of beautifully shaped full trees on a very level large lot. They have at least 4 species & don't sell anything under 6ft. We arranged to pick up our tree on Dec 7th & paid the extra $8 to have them cut it & bail it for us that morning. When we arrived there where only a few cars in the parking lot & plenty of staff ready to assist. They found our tree all ready to go & even tied it down onto the car for us. The kid who tied our tree down was very polite & respectful. Overall it was a great experience & we will be back next year for sure!! As will some of my friends and coworkers! I just can't get over how beautiful this tree is! We did have to cut about 4 inches off the bottom and some of the bottom branches as it was just a little too tall.

$94 for a Xmas tree!!! WTF!…read more We've been here for 5-8 years. No more. We'll buy a fake tree or head up to the national forest for $5 for a cut-your-own-tree before we'll pay $94 for a tree again. Also considering a plastic tree next year. Just a note that no one else was there this year either; maybe we weren't the only one who thought $100 was too much. Sad!!!

You are in the wilderness. Wear boots/waterproof shoes, especially if it has been rainy or damp. Bring a tarp or something waterproof to lay on the ground when cutting the tree. It will make the experience much more enjoyable. They have thousands of trees, several varieties, to choose from on 27 acres. Some of the trees are sketchy, but some are perfect! Trees are getting more expensive every year. In comparison to other tree farms in Snohomish County, for us, they offer a good deal. We usually get a 7-1/2-foot-tall bushy tree. Dec 2024, any tree, any size is $87.12. With tax: $94.00. The entertainment factor my husband and I have finding that perfect tree is an annual memory maker, usually with a lot of laughter!

We wound up capping out what we could haul and will be headed back in the future. A couple caveats, they don't take CC so bring cash or a checkbook with you. Spoke with…read moreLaurie the owner on the phone who was very accommodating saying even though they only do bulk load orders on mulch (they don't sell individual bags) etc, if I brought my buckets out they would fill them. When I arrived a gal who was working there looked at me & then quickly turned her back & continued working on a plant. Seeing she was busy I just walked around the nursery for about 15 minutes. No one came out. She still ignored me. It appeared she was still really busy working so I walked within a few feet of her, said HELLO. No response. Not 'can I help you' , nothing. I said that I had talked to Laurie & was coming by for some mulch. She rudely said she did not know anything about it. She kept working potting a plant & did not offer to even call Laurie to check. Confused with her behavior, I politely tried to explain what I was there for & all if a sudden she spun around angrily yelling 'Look! I am not arguing with you", I stepped back & said, "Whoah! I am not sure what is going on here but ......not a good way to greet customers". "I think I will just deal with Laurie". I was in no hurry, so I walked off, enjoying the lovely day. The vibe I got from this gal was... 'Helping you is not my job, man' Eventually the husband/owner came out to help me. He was very nice, shoveled & loaded the mulch. I could not help but notice he had back issues so being a retired physician, I offered to gift him the Doctors Solution my CBD topical that my company makes to help his back. I also considered telling him about the rude employee (business owner to business owner) but decided to let it go. A few days later I called again & left a message that I was wanting to come by & purchase some bark groundcover for my tree. Laurie the owner returned my call & but left a rather irritated voice mail saying there was a NEW employee, and something about 'my needing to be patient about things'. Looks like the NEW employe, expecting some blowback from her confrontational powerplay with me, did some damage control. As a business owner I know there are always two sides to a disagreement. The fact that Laurie took the NEW employees' word about what happened & was dismissive towards me without realizing there might be another side was disappointing. Public Relations 101: Customer is usually right. I like to support local business especially during COVID however... 1. I was not impatient. 2. I don't need the drama. 3. They just lost a customer.
