So, I had to walk around to ask different workers. I was quite disappointed with the help and knowledge of the workers. As I was mainly looking at house plants, I must say that I was quite disappointed with some of the plants that I was previously eyeing. There were leaves that were broken off and wilting. Yet, I also managed to find other plants that looked so pretty! I love the selection of the pots and think that they are a good price in comparison to other online stores. I loved how they also helped me repot my plants for free as I purchased the pot AND the plant from the store (their requirement for free potting).

I go to plant nurseries all over Utah and can find the same plants for half the cost and way more healthy. Shades used to be way better maintained but every time I've stopped by it seems like are becoming less and less maintained. After my home was lost in a fire I was given a $300 gift card to help replace my belongings. When I went to use it this week I was told that it would not be honored. Talk about adding insult to injury. I asked to speak to the manager and he was completely unsympathetic about it and could care less. They got $300 and kept it. This is theft in my opinion. After I was given a number to call to resolve the issue and calling it the number is disconnected. This used to be my favorite store, but it is now just a huge disappointment.

The employee is told to ask the customer if they want to apply for a credit card and it's annoying every time I visit the store. Some of the manager are lazy and dump loads of work to employees that they them self can do.
