Last time Joel added some support "struts" to the door and this time in a completely unrelated repair he replaced the door spring which breaks over time with age. He finished the repair in about 15-25 minutes. I did not have enough cash on me to pay him the exact amount, so he told me to forget the relatively small difference because we are repeat customers who will call him again as need--that's how a good businessman does business. Hopefully our old door will last a while longer, but if it needs another repair or to be replaced, then we will definitely call Joel.
