Flaky, moist cod and succulent shrimp. The beer batter is very black pepper forward, so if you like black pepper, you'll like this. The cocktail sauce for the shrimp has the right amount of horseradish, and the coleslaw was creamy and cooling, and also very black peppery. I like a little spike of vinegar in mine, so I added some of the malt vinegar provided with my order. Yummy. Fries are good too. Service was great. The shrimp was coated lightly and came on the side, because I asked not to stir fry it with the sauce, the shrimp was lightly battered and tasty and the sweet spicy sauce was good . Parking was easy and we quickly found a barrel near Fuji. While my wife was out scouting the food trucks, I notice that Fuji had egg rolls. I quickly ordered some. My wife returned as the alarm went off announcing that my egg rolls were ready. They were too hot to eat immediately; so, I went in search of an entree. Meanwhile, my wife ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl from Fuji. I returned with my entree and we shared our choices. Both the egg rolls and the chicken teriyaki were delicious. As we make our rounds enjoying all that the food trucks have to offer, we will return to Fuji.
