Vinny showed up promptly during the scheduled repair window, gave me a fair price, and said he could take care of the repair right then. I also really appreciated that there was no pressure or attempt to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He explained what needed to be done and let me make the decision. He replaced both torsion springs in under an hour, lubricated the system, and made sure the door was properly balanced and operating smoothly before he left. The whole experience was quick, professional, and hassle-free. I really appreciated being able to get everything taken care of in one visit. Would definitely recommend Turbo Garage Door.

The service person even said they were very slow and tried to sell me on a new door. Since the maintenance, one of the springs snapped. They came out and fixed it for more $$. They said Turbo installed the wrong size spring and didn't calibrate the drums correctly, causing the door to fail. So now we DO have to replace our door. Go find another company.

I can easily give Lalo's Garage Doors a 5+ rating!…read more After 20 years, one of our overhead door torsion springs finally snapped in two. Lalo quickly answered my call Sunday and was at my home on Monday morning to replace the broken spring. He also gave us sound advice to replace its 20 y.o. mate. Lalo was very conscientious, prepared, efficient and tidy. He went the extra mile by tightening all of loose bolts on the door and oiling all of the hinges and wheels. At no point did he try to upsell us on anything we didn't need and his pricing for parts and service is very fair. Lalo has now been added to my list of trusted contractors that help keep my house running as smoothly as my newly repaired garage door. Thank you Lalo!!

He is indeed super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. Owner is Eduardo aka "Lalo." It was a Saturday morning, but he happily came out immediately. He's been in business about nine years. Lalo's prices are competitive and we are delighted to have a working garage door opener again. Highly recommend!

Door Pros @ San Rafael installed a Clopay Modern Steel Door and it looks great!…read more I would love to leave you a 5-star Yelp Review, but I think waiting nearly 4-months for installation is a little too much. Lots of delays and "finger pointing." The last story I heard was the Clopay factory in Ohio shipped my original door to the wrong place, and Door Pros had to get a rush replacement. So finally the two-man crew shows up and installed my door. This is my very first garage door I bought, so I watched the process. Very efficient, and their experience shows in how smooth the install process was. My old "retro" door weighed about 400-lbs, but they were able to remove it and haul it away. BTW, Nate was a great salesman. He didn't upsell the most expensive door in the catalog. He listened to what I ideally wanted. I wanted something new and modern. Something that would add value to my home. I got a Clopay Modern Steel Door with windows in chocolate brown, stucco texture. Included: LiftMaster opener, mailslot and safety latch. Got a $200 discount.

If you have 5 weeks to wait for Keen to complete a simple garage door replacement and time to deal…read morewith 6 different technicians coming to your home then Keen is for you. I called on March 21 and requested a new garage door. On March 25 Josh Keen arrived and managed to tell me his whole life story while preparing the estimate. He did not see or ask me if I wanted a key pad. I was told that Keen had my garage door in stock at one of their neighboring businesses and that once the door was sent to Santa Rosa they would be in touch. On April 22, Derek arrived and installed the garage door but it was not the one that I had ordered and set aside for me. I ordered a garage door with windows and Keen installed one without windows. Another round of appointments were made and a worker came and dropped off the window panel for the upper part of the garage door. A few hours later another worker came and installed the panel and took the solid panel with him. He said another worker would be coming that same day with the key pad. I questioned if he had the right one and was assured he did. Of course he had 2 key pads on the truck but neither were compatible with my door!! You would think that at this point Keen Garage doors would expedite the case to simply install a key pad. But no!! They place me in the appointment queue and offer a complimentary one year membership to have my door serviced. What a joke. Who has time to set up appointments and deal with incompetent office people and workers. Finally on May 6 the key pad was installed. I wondered if this outfit had ever installed garage doors before and I also wonder how they stay in business.
