Chris is definitely gathering a squad of outstanding artists in this shop and it shows his legacy is forming as we speak. Katie hooked my best friend up(also pictures to come it was a crazy cover-up) and will be working with me and my sister in the near future as well. She is a peach too! This is one of those rare times where everything just fell into place from the drawing to the pain! If i could give them a 10 star review I would. The shop is clean, and the parking IS FREE IN A PRIVATE LOT! Even close enough to Maryland where you could walk into Delaware. And plenty of food and drink surround the place. Call for appointments, email hell just save up and walk in. This place is sure to please the masses! I can't wait to come back again and again.

He answered all my questions as best he could. Told me each guys specialty and led me to Perk. I was getting a Joker tattoo. Heath Ledger of course. He mentioned that Perk really loved doing Pop culture pieces like this, and boy was he right. The day of my app. Perk was at the front ready for me as soon as I walked in. Papo even came out and greeted me. Now for the tattoo. It is everything and more than I wanted. Perk paid really close attention to the details and my piece looks unbelievable. I sat for 81/2 hours all together, but the time flew by. Perk was easy to talk to and is a very intelligent man. He also dealt with an array of people come and going from the room.
