I work near this location and I've been going to local cantina since they opened at bridge park! We quickly became regulars because of the atmosphere and great bartenders!! We were SO disappointed when I showed up with a group of friends for food and drinks and were aggressively attacked by the manager Amber (who sat us) that we needed to leave due to so many people at our table (5 people) when we already had it okayed by the waitress! It was very unprofessional and out of line to speak to a customer in that manner. To make matters worse once we agreed to their rules and people were willing to move to another table then the other manger came up to attack the boys at our table yelling at them about Covid (while not wearing a mask LOL) We were weekly regulars and raved about this establishment but after being treated with such disrespect we will sadly no longer be going back if Amber will be managing. Craig is the best employee/bartender that works there and is always going out of his way for his customers ! We really only go there for him, but tonight was a different experience. read more

I love their taco salad! I've never been in there but I Uber eat order frequently. Everything was delicious that we have tried.

Went for happy hour but instead of the drinks deal we got the pitcher. Fills about five cups because half of the pitcher is ice... kind of hard to get the bottom of the pitcher ... the ice kept falling out... messier than wanted. The margarita is strong though! I ordered the baja shrimp and crunchwheezy. The baja shrimp was alright but lacked texture and volume in the taco.. almost felt like a taquito? I will probably order the crunchwheezy and only that next time. It was great!! read more

We were in the area because we were at Pins for a bachelorette party. The whole gang (about 15 of us girls) got hungry and found our way over to Local Cantina and boy am I glad that we did. I got the chicken quesadilla (simple and basic, I know) but it was one of the best ones I've had. The waitress was great and she took the best care of us. She even brought us each a shot for free! Like wow what a way to celebrate my friend getting married! I had the strawberry marg (not the basic one) and it was amazing. You could really taste the tequila! Food was amazing. Everything we had was Delicious . The salsa was the best I've had in a VERY long time. Everything tasted uncomplicated and clean not weighed down with grease or Unnecessary ingredients. Fun family night at Local Cantina, Manage to secure the bench table for our party of 10, well taken care of by our server/waiter Tanner. They don't take reservations but our server put out water and napkins to reserve the seats. We all ordered food and drinks all food was served in a timely fashion drinks were kept full as required. The Local Cantina was pretty cool. It was definitely hopping. Chill atmosphere. They have outdoor seating and nice open air indoor seating. Pretty neat feature they have is their self serve chips & salsa bar. I had a few different tacos and some seasoned papas that were pretty good. Overall I enjoyed it and would definitely stop back to try some of their other taco options. Give it a try if you are in the mood for some gourmet taco options. read more

The service was less than okay. The grilled chicken tacos were terrible. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I was in the corner next to the register. The bar staff walked by put in their orders and didn't look up to see that my glass was empty for over 25 mins. Definitely needed with the dry chicken tacos. When I got there I asked if they would have the blue Jackets game on...the bartender said yes. Another bar staff member out it on, HOWEVER, on the tv on the opposite side of the restaurant. I go to the Hilliard local Cantina every Tuesday so I know the grilled chicken tacos are delicious. Idk why this restaurant this time could not get it right. Left the restaurant very turned off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go to the one in Hilliard. The service is much better. Ugh read more

Chips and salsa were good. Bad service, waited forever. Waitress put my aunts order in wrong so that took even longer. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch bowl, didn't realize until I saw it delivered to the table next to us that it was missing potatoes and bacon (assumed maybe they were just super small). Waitress also mentioned it came with rice it didn't. Portions were also super small. Literally paid for lettuce pico and chicken waitress didn't seem to care when I said anything. Our server Zach made us all feel so unwanted and uncomfortable the entire time. All we wanted to do was leave and we didn't see hum for 40 minutes until he brought our checks out. I talked to the manager who was super sweet and asked where our server was... the bartenders denied me service because they said we had to order from our server who ignored the entire night. I am a server and a bartender and YIKES, I would absolutely never treat people like this. I wouldn't give someone a review like this unless they were thee absolute worst. My experience at Local Cantina went okay! I tried two tacos: Baja Shrimp and Crispy Pork Belly. They are medium-sized tacos. Baja Shrimp taco (2.5/5) came with cabbage, cilantro, and queso fresco. There weren't many pieces of shrimp (maybe 3) in my Baja Shrimp taco and they were super tiny. Crispy Pork Belly taco (3.5) tasted better to my opinion. I liked it but they are still very tiny cuts for the pork belly. It came with pickled onion, guajillo cream. I took out jalapeño so usually it's part of the ingredients. Chip and salsa is complimentary but you have to go grab your own. The salsa was really spicy. Chips can get a little stale at times since they were set aside at a countertop and you know, with air exposure and all that... :) This restaurant gets really packed so be prepared there may be some wait depends on time of the day/day of the week. I heard that they have some kind of special on Tuesdays?? My friend also recommended the cantina fish so if I do come again, that is probably what I am going to try. read more

I was extremely underwhelmed with Local Cantina. The atmosphere is very cool, a bar and restaurant mixed into one. The self serve chips and salsa are a very interesting bonus, and it was a lot easier to grab it ourselves rather than rely on a waitress to bring it to us, especially in our case. It appeared that our waitress did not seem to care about us, or our service. When prompted that i was the only one who hadn't been to this restaurant before, she did not recommend anything, or give additional information (size, etc). While another waiter, gave what she lacked to a table by us who also had never been before. The food was subpar. The chicken in my chicken tacos was extremely dry. I got two, and one was perfectly proportioned (meat to toppings) while the second one had barely any toppings and way too much meat. The others in my party also complained about dry meat, but nothing else in the food department. Our waitress was not attentive at all to us, mind you, we were there during a non rush hour. She only refilled our waters once. By the time we got our food, we barely had any water and she didn't come to us until after we had finished. The final straw for me was while she was pouring our second refill, well after we were all done, I got a lap full of water, as she spilled it on me. She was not paying attention. I would recommend sticking to coming here during busy hours, or else you'll get subpar service and food that will leave you wishing you had went somewhere else. read more

Holy guacamole (literally) this place was great! I loved being able to add additional items into the queso, and the tacos I ordered were delicious! The Nashville hot chicken and cruchweezy were awesome and super tasty. The food was 10/10 I will say.. the service was very slow in the beginning, it took us 15 minutes to get a server to acknowledge our table around 4:30pm on a Thursday. But overall, everything was great! 9/10!! I kinda wish they had more margs that counted towards their happy hour, but I guess that's what Condados is for lol(1/2 off margs just sayin) read more

So, the service SUCKS! It is very confusing when you go in and we were not the only ones that thought so. You sign in but it is a teeny tiny clip board yet they still have a hostess. Stupid. When we were seated we waited and waited and I said to my husband 2 more minutes and we leave. Suddenly a waiter appeared took our drink and food orders and disappeared. We never saw him again. Instead 2 other people sorta waited on us I had to ask for the bill. They were busy but not understaffed. The food on the other hand was delicious!!!!!! Tacos were good and the Margaritas were yummy. Hate to do this, but I go here all the time and it's a great spot but..... last few times have been terrible. To go order sat in center bar for 20 plus minutes before they profusely apologized for letting it sit there and missing it. Made mistake of not checking if they included chips with my order of guacamole. Well they didn't. Few nights later here we are and nachos to go I ordered were not what I ordered. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in for a casual date night. Though it was later in the evening I expect good service and was disappointed. This was our first time coming and most definitely our last. After waiting 10 minutes to be greeted we were offered menus and asked about the chips and salsa bar and was given very confusing directions. I ordered a margarita which I would have enjoyed with my meal but it sat at the bar for about 15 minutes after it was ordered. Our food arrived before my drink did. My boyfriends bowl was cold when it first arrived. I was excited to try a variety of those sauces but when I went to add some the bottles were not check and loose, allowing all of the contents to spill on my meal. Our small children had no problem waiting since they were able to snack on the self serve chips and salsa. This is a fun and casual restaurant that seems to be very trendy and popular. We went for $2 Taco Tuesday at around 8pm and there was a good mix of families and young adults dining. The restaurant is decorated in a fun and eclectic decor and appears to be very clean. The staff was friendly and the tacos were excellent. I recommend ordering 3-4 tacos depending on how hungry you are, as they aren't huge. My fiancé and I ordered 3 tacos a piece and he ordered a beer and our total came to $16. Very affordable and worth the money. My personal favorite was the avocado BLT taco. If those are flavors that you typically like, I highly recommend trying that taco. read more

Totally enjoyed my meal! Food tasted fresh and delicious. 3stars because wait staff is ok. Bartenders were Uber friendly and very helpful and informative. One bartender started giving us an explanation of the menu and the restaurant before we even asked! I do not care for wait staff that hold food and form the name of the item into a question. For example, we order the queso for an appetizer. Kitchen server stands at the side of our table and says "queso?" All of our food was served in such a fashion from either kitchen service or wait staff. Also 2 tacos are just enough. 3 tacos would be filling. read more
