After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I would never used them again or refer them to anyone! BEWARE! No rates here.

Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. I even had one tell me they could not give me a quote since they were back up for over a year. I have yet to get a quote from another who came out and meet with me for 2 hours. I found this company who is actually headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. I had a dock with the 50 year old creosol pilings. They were ready to go and some looked like toothpicks. This company has a way to fix the pilings and gives a 50 year warranty. No other dock builder in Savannah is doing the snap jackets. Mine was the first to be done August 2017. The process is amazing to watch. They have divers who come in and take off the large barnacles and then they have a thick piece of PVC (snap jacket) which goes around the piling. They jet out around the piling and get the snapjacket below the sand level then snap it. It is a water tight seal. Then the water is pumped out of the piling and filled with concrete. You basically get a composite piling filled with concrete and it will have the old piling in the middle. 50 year warranty and about a third of the cost of new pilings. They did 15 pilings in 1 and a half days. It looks fantastic and I could not have asked for a better crew. All hard working and they cleaned everything up nicely when done. If you need pilings repaired this is the way to go! The pilings will now be there forever. They can even fix the roller coaster look and if there is a piece of piling in the water they can build it back up.

Kevin & Lucinda, and their team, did a great job. They were patient and professional in spite of each setback, and the bathroom turned out perfect. It's been a few months since they installed the shower and I've had no issues. I highly recommend them if you need work done in your home.

He explained what brand of locks we needed based on what locks were already in the doors. He also suggested that we could save money by purchasing the locks and hardware ourselves and then having him install them. He also explained by line item what the individual and total charge would be so there wouldn't be any surprises. We set up an appointment for today, and Kevin kept me apprised throughout the morning as to what his schedule was and when he would be arriving.
