As a family completely new to the dog world, we were looking for someone who was experienced, direct, local, and especially good at helping us understand what to realistically expect. Bara did exactly that from our very first session. Ultimately, we decided to return Potter to the shelter after realizing that the amount and type of training he would need wasn't the right fit for our family's lifestyle. Bara's guidance actually helped us make that decision with much more clarity and confidence, and we walked away without regrets. We really appreciated her honesty, experience, and practical approach. When we're ready to welcome a dog that's a better fit for our family, we would absolutely reach out to Bara again for training. Thank you, Bara!

I knew going into this training that it was me that needed most of the training! Steve explained that I needed to learn how to communicate with my dogs, that they communicate differently. What an eye-opener! Everything he explained made sense and in just the few hours we spent together, Lana was already following the cues that Steve taught me. Consistency and repetition is key. We are just 2 weeks in and the process is going great! Steve was absolutely terrific to work with. Somehow, he makes the whole process easy and effortless. His follow up calls to check in are much appreciated and he's available for questions that might come up. I'm so glad I made the call and was able to work with Steve.

Seeing my…read morefriends' dogs and cute puppies around, I only assumed it would be great to have a companion in my life. Little did I know that cuteness overload comes with a lot of responsibility and struggles, especially since I live alone, and have never had a pet in my life. In fact, as a kid, I was extremely scared of dogs! I knew I had to get a trainer when after the 2nd week, I started feeling overwhelmed with my puppy's energy and tantrums. Thankfully I found Diane! She has been a great mentor if I could use this word to guide me through my pup training journey. We had two formal sessions - 1st one was a 3 hour phone call where she patiently answered all my questions and gave me 100s of tools and things to buy and learn to build a "puppy training toolkit". The 2nd session was a 3 hour in person training session where she introduced training collar and other tools and showed me how to stop certain behaviors. The best thing is that Diane has been kind enough to answer stupid and repeated questions from me over text or phone at any time of the day. If I've felt overwhelmed, I've always had comfort to know that I have a personal counsellor/mentor available. Diane shared a lot of tools, tricks, and methods - most of them work great, some don't - some do, but not always - but that is just because each dog is different and each dog-parent relationship is unique. I am just glad to have all those tools and information available to tap into whenever I run into any challenge. I feel super confident in my puppy's training and the fact that I have all I need to train my puppy well, thanks to Diane! My puppy Zoya has been sleeping safe and sound in her crate from day 1, and sleeping all night from the moment I reached out to Diane. Zoya is fully potty trained, and walks on leash like a confident yet obedient queen! Diane is extremely knowledgeable about dog behaviors, illnesses, eating habits, and tantrums - and I always reach out to her first, before I reach out to my vet! I trust Diane, and I promise you will also!

The stars aligned in bring her to us because she is more than a rockstar dog trainer & coach, but she is a trusted member of our family who I hold at a high level of respect. She helped us organize our apartment so that our puppy could be introduced into our space over time, she taught us how to walk our dramatic doodle for the first time, she helped our doodle meet a pack of his own during his walks, gave us food, supplement, and toy recommendations. She walked us through what to do when our puppy was misbehaving and incorporates a firm, yet loving technique so the dog knows who is boss. I can still hear her voice in the back of my head, "Christine you need to be firm, he cannot win." Puppies test your patience and Diane truly is our advocate in learning how to not only redirect his actions but build confidence in being first time dog owners. I've learned more in the months with Diane than I could have ever learned through a book or online. I am forever grateful to her, the bond that she's helped us create with our dog, the bond that she herself has created with our dog, and the continued guidance she offers as we continue to grow. I would recommend Diane to my friends and family.

Daphne has greatly improved on our walks and she no longer pulls us or barks when she sees other dogs and strangers with the techniques that Lena taught us. Lena is very responsive on text/emails and always kept us updated during Daphne's board and train. At around three or four months old, he began exhibiting both separation anxiety and serious reactivity. We knew he was a sweet dog, but his behavior made it impossible to convince others of his sweet nature. After the first trainer, proved an epic failure We began to think that we would have to return him to the shelter. He was utterly unmanageable and getting bigger each passing day We knew returning him would most likely result in him being put to sleep. His reactivity would've barred him from adoption. We absolutely could not allow that to happen. My wife happened upon Freakin Pawsome's website and the outstanding things people had to say about Will. We reached out to Will and he agreed to meet with Mischief At Will's first meeting with Mischief Mischief did his very best Cujo impersonation. I was sincerely worried Will would refuse to train him. I was surprised when Will agreed to take on our challenged Shepherd puppy and very grateful. Once Will introduced himself to Mischief Mischief took to Will immediately in less than 10 minutes. Mischief was taking basic commands from Will and I knew that we had found the right trainer. Over the next four months, I witnessed a total metamorphosis in Mischief. Will very patiently inconsistently guided Mischief to being a truly happy dog! As Will thoughtfully, patiently guided Mischief to being a good dog, He taught an even more important lesson to myself and my wife on how to be good dog parents. Will has given us the tools to continue to expand Mischief's development and Will's expertise has paid off on so many levels. Will quite literally save mischief life and allowed him to become a happy well adjusted family companion. He is also given our whole family a peace we did not believe possible, given Mischief's anxiety, and behaviors before We met Will. We want everyone to know that separation anxiety and reactivity can be overcome. Will has proven it beyond any shadow of a doubt. Mischief is a true testament to Will's expertise. Freakin Pawsome is exemplary in their methods And if you are consistent with the training and the daily implementation of the training, you will have the dog you desire. Thank you, Will you have our deepest gratitude
