Mr. Graham, you've earned this review by your conduct, so enjoy it, it's your reputation not mine…read more Pass on William Graham of Absolute Painting in Haverhill MA, for your next paint job. First, he said he was insured, that was a lie. Then he sent me a release of the homeowner liability form to sign. This was a small exterior touch up job on the fascia, some windows and some base paint for $520.00 dollars. Bill dropped off one painter at 9 am and returned at 5 pm then waited for the painter to finish. He didn't explain the details of the job to his painter, I had too. No drop clothes were used around the perimeter. By 6 pm, he said he was done but the paint chips were scattered around the perimeter of the property while he waited in his truck for his guy to finish. I had to clean it up. The next day, I saw several missed spots. I texted him twice about it, no reply. He got his MONEY, so he doesn't need to reply to me anymore. The signed contract included the details of the work but that doesn't matter to him, he doesn't care if the work was done right or not. He complained to me that his elderly painter is too slow, milks the job and pays him $20 per hour. So $180 for the painter @ 9 hours and $340 for him doing nothing. His Bio in the about section is BS, read it. Maybe if the job was 5k or higher, he would care more?? The reviews looked decent but add me to the negative one. I sent him this review beforehand to see if he would follow up and finish the job. I got nothing from him which proves he doesn't care. Stay clear if you can or don't pay in full unless your job is completed as agreed in writing. Good luck!

I hired Billy Graham paint my home. He gave me what appeared to be fair quote and started the job…read moreon time. As soon as he realized his guys were going to slow (day 3) he tried to renegotiate with me. He took my payment and walked off the job without telling me. My house has been left in shambles. In my opinion he is a liar and a cheat. He stole from me and even worse left me home in horrible condition. Walls are half painted, wall paper is half removed, they accidentally removed the wrong wall paper and painted the wrong walls - even after we all walked the house together, marked the rooms, and I created a contract that detailed everything. I have to pay another painter to come and fix what he left. This is a nightmare. I suggest you stay away from him.

There are not words to describe how happy I am with Teamwork Painting. This team went way above and…read morebeyond the call of duty. They very clearly and precisely scoped the job. They painted the whole inside of the house including the basement for less than what most suppliers quoted for just the 1st and 2nd floor. Moreover their attention to detail was brilliant. They removed wall paper, they prepped walls, they did loads of repairs for imperfections. They gave the walls 2 coats and did all of the trim. They did the doors and even the ceilings. This was the opposite of "not my job" service. It was, "I know this wasn't part of the scope of work, but I think we can make the cabinets look nicer if we paint them inside." "Is it ok if we do this extra work if we still finish in time?" No up-charge/change order: just lovely owning making the whole house look beautiful. I would hire Sanderson back in a heart beat. Not only is he trustworthy, but also his work ethic is admirable. He finished earlier than promised and did more work than what was ordered. Our house clearance team was 2 days late and Teamwork came in before they were done to start patching. Teamwork was done ahead of schedule to help me make up for their delay. Anyone who hires them will be thrilled to enjoy the best customer service in the Boston metro area. Team work painting did what they said they were going to do and more. No chasing the supplier around begging them to finish right. Teamwork painting was a dream painting team. I could not be happier to have hired them.

I've never had a house painted before, never mind a two-family with vinyl siding (which I hated from the day we bought the place, but didn't want to spend the money to change it). We decided to give ourselves the gift of the facelift to our house, and Tony and his guys just finished the building. Tony deeply cares about his work, and it shows in everything he does; he goes above and beyond to make sure that the end results are fabulous. He threw in extra things - and wouldn't let me pay him more! - so that the house would look the very best that it could. He always has done exactly what he said he would do, when he said he'd do it. (Just that alone...the integrity of his words and actions!...put him head and shoulders above most others!) He not only had an excellent price for his work, but, more importantly, I absolutely LOOOOVE that he turned my vision of what I wanted into our new reality. You can assure you that Tony will make you happy (oh, and, as a nice side goodie, he is the nicest person!). (The photos I posted ended up in reverse order, but you can see the transformation.)
