Marsh Road is the smallest of Luton's 4 branches of Lloyds TSB.
Based on Marsh Road itself, getting in and out the car park is a nightmare at the best of times, although what makes it worse is the size (rather lack of) of the car park. There is space for around a dozen cars but to get to that you have to go through an alley that only allows 5 inches either side of a car and can be near impossible to reach from the offset car park when cars occupy the front row.
The bank itself is only a tiny branch with around 5 service points, which shouldn't be a problem although the management of this branch will only ever open up one window, which often means queues of over 30 minutes. A very strange decision since with the local housing, schools and businesses, this is a branch that sees a lot of custom on peak times.
If you're based around Marsh Road and don't mind taking a long time to pay a cheque in then it's ideal, otherwise, the branch on New Bedford Road may be a better choice. read more
