They even remember the names of regular customers. Unlike other banks (and even other branches of Nationwide) I am yet to have a cashier try to sell me insurance or a mortgage or anything, which is a refreshing experience I must say! The branch is unfailingly clean and tidy, despite being a small and extremely busy branch. There are only two cashier desks though, so do avoid the lunchtime rush if you can as it gets very busy. There isn't any parking for the branch, so you have to park in one of the main car parks, but Chesham is quite a small town, and nothing is very far away!
