The branch offers an extensive range of banking services, including foreign exchange and mortgage advice. There is a receptionist and general advisor who can point you in the right direction if you are unsure where to queue. This branch gets very busy, especially over lunchtime, so be prepared to wait. If you're short on time you can make use of the express pay in service for cash and cheques, the numerous ATMs in the entrance hall or phone ahead to make an appointment with an advisor for more complicated matters.

The decor is rather dated and you won't find the same array of services at larger branches (eg. no coffee machine or receptionist), but when the staff behind the counter are helpful and you don't have to queue for long then it really doesn't matter (in my opinion). You also have to arange in advance if you want to speak to a particular advisor as it is a small branch. The only drawback it used to have was not opening on a Saturday, but this has now been rectified. Long may it remain.
