A lovely Building Society with lovely people manning the front desks. I haven;t got an account with…read morethem but both my children have and so they know me. They always ask how my son is doing at Univeristy (usually when I ahve to go and draw money out to top his bank account up!!) and take a genuine interst in waht is going on. They are not pushy about there products but are always more than willing to give advice and provide answers. Open Monday to Saturday. I've only ever once had to queue which is great

This has to be the worst branch of nationwide for queuing. I have never spent less than 10 minutes…read moreto wait for a cashier! It is a sizable branch but only ever has, at most, 2 cashiers working at the desks. The staff themselves are friendly enough but it must be hard for them to have such long queus. Try the Great Dunmow branch instead if you are in a hurry!
