Some of the counter staff are so miserable!…read moreYou quite often have to queue for ages, and then to get to the counter and have to speak to them can be so horrible. They make you feel like you don't deserve to be there, and if you dare get anything wrong then it's like being told off at school! I would never have my personal accounts with Natwest, just because I would hate to have to go in that branch any more than necessary. Sort it out Natwest!! Note to staff: get a job you ENJOY!!
