The bad customer service started when we first went to pick out a ring. I love aquamarine because it is my husband & I birthstone, my favourite colour and I don't like diamonds. The worker shamed me for wanting the ring it picked. My husband & I could only guess she wanted a bigger sale which she would of gotten because we were getting a Disney necklace & bracelet before the comments. We also got the life time warranty which I need to bring it into the store to get clean & inspected. They can never find our account. We bring in the paper warranty with all the info and still they have issues. They have multiple system and none of them are connected. Now the visit today, 24 Feb 2024, was awful. We arrived right after opening, 11:02, and waited 36 minutes to get help because they were understaff. When we finally started to get help we told her I was here to get my ring serviced & 2 stones replaced. She put my ring in the ultra sonic & said she could only clean it since it wasn't/we didn't have a diamond band(we got my wedding band somewhere else). I told her with my warranty my stone would be replaced & ring fully serviced. She continued to say no. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she finally actually read what our warranty covered. Then we had the issue of pulling up our account was a 10 min ordeal. We signed & initial all the paperwork where she told us. I took a couple minutes putting on the paperwork in my folder. We got a message an hour after we left the mall from the woman saying we initial where we were suppose to sign and she couldn't process our service and we needed to drive back to sign. We talked to the store manager about the message & she handled it to where we didn't need to drive back(our only decent interaction with zales) I honestly have such awful feeling attached to my engagement ring that I really love that all stem & compound from that first sales rep.
