They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling. Do not use them. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. I went with another local company for half the price and they have actually made it a point to understand and treat the problem.
