I've been using this bank since I left school in 1988 when it was the old TSB. Don't remember ever having any problems with the bank (apart from the outrageous penalty fees). Just recently they've had a major face lift and it looks really nice. Gone are the bullet proof glass service counters and the feeling of high security all about you - when you reach into your coat for a pen and worry that they'll be thinking you're getting out your gun. Now it's all open plan and relaxed. They even had a non uniform day last week, bless them. They have some 'consultation' areas where they can sit you down and work out ways they can sign you up to part with more of your money.
