HSBC has relocated to a much bigger property in 2008 and the standard has only continued to get better. You are always greeted warmly when you enter the bank and the staff have a lot more time to help you with any queries or problems you may have. I also like the new technology enabling you to pay money in coins, cash or cheque straight into the electronic machines instead of waiting in queues for a long time. I also had an overdraft issue a while back in which money was unfairly taken from my account and I went into the branch and found them to be very reasonable and helpful. There are also various cashpoints located outside the branch and the interior has a very modernised and patische feel that will always make you feel welcome. read more
