I headed down the main boulevard to see if I could find a tire shop that was open. It was almost 5 on a Saturday afternoon and I kept passing a few of them and they were all closed. Luckily, I came across this shop and they were open. They took care of the screw I had stuck on the tire and off I went. It was $50 pesos total. Thank goodness they were open. I'm not walking into BF Goodrich, and it's not like I'm an SME on tires, so I just told her to forget about my inquiry. I was planning to return to purchase new or used tires, but I couldn't because I had to bring my daughter since she only has a permit. If this is the face of your business, I would reconsider the training or hiring of someone with customer service skills, because it was non-existent.

I went to pick it up today and they did NOTHING, they didn't change the oil or anything! ALL they did was test drive my car and when doing so they damaged it (my bumper was damaged). They never called me nor did they apologize. One of the technicians was laughing, he thought this was funny. I also found later after bringing the car home that the jack brackets were still attached.
