I took my 2018 Camry to Colima Auto Body Shop based on the rave online reviews. I dropped the car…read moreoff on Wednesday, paid the down payment and Luis took me back to the border. Then I took the trolly all the way home to El Cajon. The quote was less than a quarter of the estimate of a collision repair shop up here. Two days later Luis called and said the car was ready for pickup. By the way he uses WhatsApp to communicate. I took a taxi from the border to his shop. The work was impeccable and the car was restored to pristine condition. Only one problem. When I looked in my wallet for the money to pay him the money was not there. I probably dropped it as I was paying the taxi driver. I must say that Luis gets extra credit and high marks for not panicking or berating me. He drove me to the border. I took an Uber to the closest bank, withdrew the money, Ubered back to the border and walked across again. Luis picked me up. Then back to the shop, I paid him and I was on my way. The situation was complicated by the fact that I had taken the fob with me so that they were unable to move my car while I was away. My screwups! The shop is located in the back of an apartment building and is accessed through a narrow tunnel in the middle of that building. If you put the address in Google maps, you can see exactly what that building looks like. There is no sign on the street. Following the route on Google maps it is very easy to get there. They don't take credit cards. Luis' English is OK, but not great. He gets a capital P for patience though. Excellent work going above and beyond that necessitated by the collision at a price less than a quarter of the estimate in San Diego.

When you meet Luis, you'll get the impression that he's a honest businessman and that proved to be true. Luis was responsive and always had answers to my questions, he always was open and explained why he was doing certain things. He responded whenever I messaged him. The shop did very good work on my car. It looks brand new now. They fixed a piece of siding, some window parts, my door and trunk latches, they painted parts and fix things on my behalf that I was not even expecting them to do. They finished earlier than I expected. They finished with an extremely good paint job with no problems or hiccups. They were cleaning parts of my car and my tires when I arrived. They asked me questions and provided me with exactly the services that I wanted. I am going to recommend Luis and his team to my friends and family and anyone else. Excellent and recommended experience!

They charged me 60…read moredollars per chair 40 for labor 10 for extra foam I wanted to be more comfortable and 10 for the cover ok I went to pick them up today 2 of the chairs you can tell they put extra foam you can see the imprint of the foam the third you can't so I told the guy that returned the chairs to me , he said oh yea this one have extra foam for sure. I am not an expert but i think that the extra foam should have been placed under the rounded foam so you couldn't see the division of the foam it looks terrible and they didn't put extra foam on the third I guess I am going to have to fix them please don't waste your money going to leyvas there are much better shops in Tijuana .
