These guys are amazing…read more I had a flat tire due to a nail. AAA had sent a guy from Angelo's towing company to put on my spare. The Angelo's technician couldn't figure out how to put my spare tire on, and he wouldn't patch my tire on site, so he just filled up the flat with air as well as my other tires. My spidey senses told me something wasn't right, so I immediately went to Los Reyes. The knowledgeable tech quickly removed the nail and patched my tire, and at a great price. I asked if he could also check the pressure in my other tires. When he did, he looked shocked... The towing guy had overfilled my tires to 58 PSI on each tire! I'm so thankful for Los Reyes for fixing my flat as well as fixing the pressure in my other tires. Thanks, guys! You're awesome!

They were always courteous and helpful, and they never tried to upsell me or be salesy in any way. My two front tires were at 40k miles & 4/10 tread and it was time for them to be replaced so naturally I reached out to Discount Tire. I ordered the tires on Friday afternoon, and on Saturday morning, César called to let me know that my tires were in. I ordered two Goodyear Eagle Sport tires, and I paid $230 per tire plus a small mounting fee. I came by in the afternoon on Saturday and it was quite busy. I had to wait a few minutes before I was helped, but shortly afterward, I left my car in the capable hands of the Discount Tire staff & prepared to wait. Less than an hour later, my car was ready to go with brand new shiny shoes on the front axle. Yay! Everything went really smoothly at Discount Tire and I'm really appreciative all of the guys there who were really hustling to get everyone's cars finished. I'll look forward to coming back in six months for my free tire rotation & balancing. Mahalo!

The first is they have a special deal where you pay for tire warranty and when you have a flat tire it's fixed with no questions. You will be so glad you have it. We have never hesitated to buy the extra coverage because those flat tires come when you least expect them. We also like that we have sent our car (different cars) about 5 times without an owner. We call for a status update and the tire is usually already repaired. Whether it's a luxury car or oldie they will take care of it. The folks that work here are kind and enthusiastic about the work they do. If you walk in you will be greeted and addressed quickly. I once had a missing nut on a tire and they had an extra one laying around and replaced it. That's great customer service! We will only get our tires from Discount tires. Mark and his crew were just on the other side of the bridge. I called and spoke to Mark and he assured me he could take care of the problem. I was able to get my car across the bridge, pulled into his lot and it was as though he was waiting for me to arrive despite having ongoing work being done on a couple of other cars. He looked at the problem tire and said "sure we can fix that." Honestly, within 20 minutes I was rolling out. Mark and his staff were very friendly, worked diligently and professionally, and delivered on everything he promised. After deciding on cheaper tires it was just over $300 including the labor fees without the adjustment. They did include a free inspection of my car and gave me a print out with all the information. He did tell me that I should change my filters the next time I got an oil change but didn't pressure me into doing it right then which I appreciated.
