Arturo explained to me with this type of damage and the wheels that it was the best he can do. I Understand. I had some complex curves I understand, but the end results drew more attention to the area because of the rounded blending and spray paint to the area. Prior to fix the damage was almost hidden by the wheel lines. I've seen the companies work on other cars, which look amazing, which is why I decided to go with this company. I keep wondering if I should have just gone with a fix it kit for this. I'm sad to say for me this it wasn't a home run. Maybe AJ would have had another outcome. I cannot say. But paying $200 for 30 minute repair you don't expect perfection but results that are consistent with cost. I cannot confidently recommend but I am open to being proven incorrect.

They quoted me $350 to send the wheel for a weld/repair or $950 for a refurb oem. After reaching out to several shops a few of them who couldn't do the repair recommended American Factory Wheel. I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. They finished at 11:20 just under 2 hours. Cost was $242 OTD with card. Easy, fast, great service, good price

OUTSTANDING! That pretty much sums it up and I could stop this review right here. I'm tempted to stop (I hate writing these things, good or bad) but will continue because Travis deserves to have as many people know about the excellent work he does and the excellent customer service he provides. Travis has fixed the wheels on our cars on multiple occasion over several years. Despite our best efforts, my wife and I both has badly scratched, gouged, and/or marred the aftermarket wheels I've put on our cars. Most recently the passenger side rear wheel was the recipient of "combat" with a curb. The wheel lost, leaving damage along 4-5" of the rim. I was sure this couldn't really be fixed. Not so with Travis, The Wheel Guy on the job. The rim was damaged Monday early afternoon. A text and phone call to Travis and he scheduled us for the next day! Less than 24 hours later Travis had fixed the unfixable. Flawlessly, I might add. We even weren't able to be there when Travis started. Again, no problem. Again, no problem had neither of us been there when he finished. As it was, my better half made it home before Travis had finished. In short order the repair was done and the wheel looked exactly like it did before it was damaged. Not only was the gouged rim gone, the color is a perfect match to the rest of the wheel. I challenge anyone to find where the issue had been. I recently had a bad experience with an unrelated customer service interaction where I needed help with something I'd purchased. What a relief to subsequently enlist Travis' help. Not only was he fast, he epitomized good customer service. Oh, did I mention he comes to you! No need to drive somewhere or take your wheel off and drive it to a shop. Nope, Travis rolls up to your house, business, moon, alpha centari...OK, maybe not the last two. Point is, Travis comes to you. Just all around OUTSTANDING! read more

I requested a quote to repair a set of rare Toyota 22" TRD forged wheels. After reviewing the photos, Travis was kind enough to explain the type of damage would be best repaired by being machined. This is not a repair they do, but he was kind enough to recommended another local company. I really appreciated his honest explanation and shop recommendation. Contacted Travis through Yelp and he responded back quickly. Sent him a picture of the scratch on my rim and he was able to give me a quote and set up an appointment the next day. The repair looks great and you can not even see where the damage was. Also his communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Highly recommend. read more
