I've had a lot of wheels repaired over the years. Once I scraped them. Twice I had wheels damaged by a valet, and this time, it was my S.O. And each time, I had them repaired with varying results. I had to repair all 4 wheels on my S550 but didn't want to leave my girl in a shop for days. I was lucky to find Travis on here. He responded quickly. Once i sent him pics of the wheels, he gave me a great rough quote and penciled me in for later that week. Travis has all of his equipment with him when he arrives and only needs an electrical outlet to do his magic. I left him alone for a few hours and when I returned, my wheels looked like new. WOW. That's all I can say. I called, left a voicemail and within minutes, got a call back. I snapped a picture of the damage to my wheel, text it to him, he got right back to me and with a proposed time. He shows up, on time, prompt, professional and friendly. I show him where it's located, he quickly fixes the scratch and off he goes. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the damage to the wheel was. It's so darn good that without looking at the before picture, it's invisible. I am so impressed on how easy this was and how pleasant of an experience I had. I recently had some wheel rim damage when I was pulling out of a parking space in my Tesla Model 3. I called The Wheel Guy and he was very responsive. I have recently purchased a 2022 Tesla Model Y. During my first 5 days of driving I had experienced the most common error: Curb rash on my rim! I was devastated. I found the Wheel Guy, and contacted him. I told him what happened and sent him pics. He proceeded to schedule a visit within a few days to help. Once we met, it took him 40min to completely repair the damaged area and now it's totally repaired! You can't tell there was ever an incident! He was very nice and helpful. I asked travis for a quote and he was pretty fast to get back to me. We set up an appointment within 30 mins of speaking to him through messaging after answering all my questions. Day of I met Travis he was very professional, went through the whole process of what he was going to do to my wheel, about 45 mins later he was already done and upon inspecting the finished product I am more than satisfied. If anything else should happen to my wheels again he would be THE guy I would go to. I am already recommending him to my friends and family who are in need of wheel repair. Travis did an Amazing job! 10's across the board! Just bought my 2020 Hyundai Veloster N in April and I made a turn too tight and scraped my rim up bad in one area. I called Travis explained my damage to him, sent him pics and he immediately called me back with a reasonable quote (compared to other rim Repair companies) and he explained in detail how he is going to repair my rim. He showed up to my place the next day, let me know the process in detail and my rim was repaired in less than an hour. Also, he explained the after care process in great detail. I had some curb rash on my rims that I wanted repaired. I was quoted $600+ dollars at a body shop an decided to look elsewhere. I found The Wheel Guy on Yelp with fantastic reviews so I decided to give him a ring. Right off the bat he was super responsive and the price he quoted was well below the body shop. The bonus is that he came to my shoes! He was showed up right on time and a couple hours later my rims looked like they just rolled off the showroom floor. Amazing! My rim of my car was all scratched up when my son hit a curb turning a corner too tight. My car is only a year old and the scratches were deep and extensive. Working with the people at DRIVE Autocare was a great experience from start to finish. I spoke to and worked with 3 different people in the N. Cedros office and all were very friendly, kind, professional and honest. I felt like they actually wanted my business. I dropped the car off, (they drove the car to their Hwy 101 garage), they shuttled me home, Paul called to let me know what needed to be repaired and told me the car would be ready the next day. The next day Paul called, sent a car to pick me up and let me know there is a 2-year warranty on the repairs/work that was done. The pricing is not cheap and it is not expensive; it is reasonable and fair for both parts and labor. In fact, Paul even suggested that I try to ask if the previous place would replace the oil pan gasket under warranty to cut the cost by 50% even though it would mean less money for DRIVE Autocare. This experience was a simple, easy, efficient process. I will be going back to DRIVE Autocare from now on for all my car maintenance and any needed repairs.

OUTSTANDING! That pretty much sums it up and I could stop this review right here. I'm tempted to stop (I hate writing these things, good or bad) but will continue because Travis deserves to have as many people know about the excellent work he does and the excellent customer service he provides. Travis has fixed the wheels on our cars on multiple occasion over several years. Despite our best efforts, my wife and I both has badly scratched, gouged, and/or marred the aftermarket wheels I've put on our cars. Most recently the passenger side rear wheel was the recipient of "combat" with a curb. The wheel lost, leaving damage along 4-5" of the rim. I was sure this couldn't really be fixed. Not so with Travis, The Wheel Guy on the job. The rim was damaged Monday early afternoon. A text and phone call to Travis and he scheduled us for the next day! Less than 24 hours later Travis had fixed the unfixable. Flawlessly, I might add. We even weren't able to be there when Travis started. Again, no problem. Again, no problem had neither of us been there when he finished. As it was, my better half made it home before Travis had finished. In short order the repair was done and the wheel looked exactly like it did before it was damaged. Not only was the gouged rim gone, the color is a perfect match to the rest of the wheel. I challenge anyone to find where the issue had been. I recently had a bad experience with an unrelated customer service interaction where I needed help with something I'd purchased. What a relief to subsequently enlist Travis' help. Not only was he fast, he epitomized good customer service. Oh, did I mention he comes to you! No need to drive somewhere or take your wheel off and drive it to a shop. Nope, Travis rolls up to your house, business, moon, alpha centari...OK, maybe not the last two. I requested a quote to repair a set of rare Toyota 22" TRD forged wheels. After reviewing the photos, Travis was kind enough to explain the type of damage would be best repaired by being machined. This is not a repair they do, but he was kind enough to recommended another local company. I really appreciated his honest explanation and shop recommendation. Contacted Travis through Yelp and he responded back quickly. Sent him a picture of the scratch on my rim and he was able to give me a quote and set up an appointment the next day. The repair looks great and you can not even see where the damage was. Also his communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Highly recommend. read more
