(I miss the 1 stop office days that took you same day when in pain). Call with an emergency because the temporary filling over the procedure fell out a few hours later and told they'd call back Monday WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. So now back on the waiting list once again. NO URGENCY FOR THEM!!! Weeks later still waiting for care!​

The staff with very friendly and my hygienist was very informative explaining the process as she took x-rays and cleaning my teeth which I neglected for years. Dr Coletta also examined my teeth and determined that I needed a crown for my cracked tooth. I was very satisfied with their treatment and plan to restore my teeth and gums.

I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! I'm sure her supervisor is very proud of her. I cannot recommend this practice. By the way, I'm truly an easy going guy, that's why I initially agreed to keep the appointment after she suggested I take my business somewhere else. This was a little hurtful.

The office staff is incompetent. It took over a year to get my $120 refund. They told me that others weren't paying their bills, so that's why they changed the way they bill their patients. I always paid my bill promptly. Also, after going to a different dentist today I was told the crown Dr. Ross made and put in didn't fit properly. It doesn't seal the tooth. I paid over $1000 out of pocket for that crown. I will be contacting them, but I won't be holding my breath for them to fix it.
