The reason I say this is because when I was initially referred to his office, his staff honestly advised me to complete my dental work (braces) first before even considering the Crown Lengthening procedure. If his staff did not care about the final outcome and satisfaction of his patients, I believe that I would have been persuaded into having the procedure done right away. There are a few ways that make his way of practicing unique that I really appreciate. One way is that his staff greeted me by first name, with a genuine smile, and pronounced my name correctly each and every time. I know this took great effort and it made our relationship feel a bit more personal instead of doctor and patient and making me feel like a number. Another way is that Dr. Morales' staff always addressed my concerns and/or made sure to communicate them to him. I never left his office feeling unsure about something he or his staff explained to me despite the many questions/concerns that I had. Lastly, his personality is unique in that he is personable and easy to talk to. This really helped because like many patients, initially, I was anxious about being in his office and not sure of his communication style despite being confident in his work. The process was very streamlined and any changes were communicated well in advance. In addition, he was very flexible with my schedule, very accommodating, and took great pride in his work. I believe that all of the aforementioned things added much value to the service that he provided. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recommend his services to others. She is very…read moreknowledgeable not just about teeth but how your oral health might be affected by or might be affecting other parts of your health. She's very thorough and honest. I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

I was told that if I didn't want to do the paperwork until the day of my appointment I'd need to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled time. My appointment was at 7:30am which is the time the office opens so I'm not sure how that would have all worked out. In the end, doing the required paperwork in advance is for the patient's benefit and it's always nice to know cost up front for anything dental (at least I think so). As for the appointment, I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the office. It's an up-to-date facility in an unassuming office building. I was greeted by a calming waterfall when the elevator doors opened, a friendly receptionist offered me water and the bathroom even had essential oil spray. Oh and there was an aquarium in the waiting room! The equipment used for scans was all very clean and felt state of the art. I saw Dr. Zielinski. I found him to be knowledgeable and straight forward. I will say he talks a lot so if you see him be sure to ask your questions and even ask him to clarify terms if you need to. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed which is important to me. In the end I don't need work done here but if I did I would feel comfortable moving forward.

I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate.
