You make an appointment, when you get there they say they don't have your insurance information,…read moreeven though you know they do cause you gave it to them last time. You take the new card in again and they say oh we already have that information. Set up an appointment to get a broken tooth fixed you go there they examine your two they examine your mouth and send you away and give you a different appointment to get the tooth fixed now the tooth is broken so you're there because you need to have it fixed you just had a cleaning last month yet you have to go back again for a broken tooth. They are ridiculous. They are slow and clearly they don't care about your oral health. I would never go there again in 1 million years go to a dentist who will help you when you need help not on their time on your time. Find a reliable dentist to go to

She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me out with a specific request I had. A special thank you to her! The great experience continued as I made my way back to the dental surgeon department to have a consultation for an implant. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I really have no idea why this location gets 2 stars. I have never had a bad experience here.

The building is relatively small (but not cramped) and completely updated to look like a modern, inviting home. The feeling of home is echoed in the friendliness of each and every staff member. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat. The finishing touches were amazing on what was already a pleasant visit. Could not recommend them enough.

My final test is whether or not Dr. Blair makes referrals to other very good dentists. I need restorative work so she referred me to a periodontist. I am impressed. She sent me to a good one. If she makes good referrals my trust in her skyrockets. There is a ramp out front and the restroom is handicapped accessible. Looks to be wide enough for a wheelchair user too. I had a miserable experience with the first dentist I found when I moved to this part of town. I am so glad I now have a dentist who I can send friends and family to. No hesitation at all.

After the bridge fell out (without any use / food), they refused to return my calls and claimed they had told me it could only last one day. They are incompetent liars. They didn't offer any recourse and they told me I was no longer welcome to be a patient merely because I stood up for myself. They have no remorse. Gina Sanfilippo Monteagudo (the COO) even laughed on the phone and thought this was funny. Her husband Roberto Monteagudo owns both clinics. It is absolutely astounding that - in July 2023 - a business could be as ridiculous as this. Everyone with a brain knows that COV is about the same as a cold, that *even according to the CDC* cloth masks due nothing to stop the spread of respiratory viruses, that *even according to the CDC* the "vaccines" do not stop transmission, and that, frankly, they are next to useless. That is part of why *according to the CDC* only 17% of Americans, as of this writing, are "fully-vaccinated" with the latest boosters. I had not seen a sign like this - mandating "masks" - *anywhere* in the area, even at my doctor's office (they were holdouts), for close to a year. Wisconsin Smiles, if you wish to be this uneducated, unscientific, and insulting to your customers, that's of course your right, but do be aware that it will cost you business. I was prepared to take my entire (large) family here, but I'll never be back.

Dr. Paul has just expanded his practice that now has adults on one side and children on the other. The waiting rooms and dental rooms are all beautifully remodeled. I love that the use state of the art technology and invested in ergonomic chairs. I've been coming to Dr. Paul Smith, who then added his son to the Pratice, for over 15 years. They are now adding other Dentists in their expansion. I like that they deal with your insurance to let you know in advance what is covered, giving you the option to move forward or wait. And I can't forget to mention that the Dental Assistants take great care of your mouth while it's being worked on. Non of that crap where you're drowning or choking on the water!! Have been going here for a couple years and hopefully will never have to leave. They try to accommodate you in any way they can by having two waiting areas, one for if you have children which has toys to keep them busy, and another which has endless amounts of magazines to keep you busy while you wait. Wait time is also very short if you show up on time. Usually have to wait for 5-20 minutes depending on how busy they are.
