Let's just say that I lost more money than what I was going to save with them. I paid for a floor that was supposed to get a week later. I put on hold all the work at my new business and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know the floor was not going to arrive the day they told me and not only that, I waited another week and nothing. I had to personally go and ask what was going on and why of the delay and they say that they didn't have a date to deliver the floor. It was a frustrating situation since I had to postponed all the additional work and companies working on this project due to the lack of professionalism. So so frustrating read more

The material they used was all cheap factory rejects and it took them 2 months to install and then had to come back and start all over due to defective product. Was promised a refund by corporate but never got a thing other than some small refund for extra material. read more

Slightly more options than say, home depot, but pricing is similar. They will send a guy out for $25 to estimate the cost of installation, but they estimate anywhere from 2-5 dollars a sqft for installation of floors depending on the work needing to be done. read more

Less than two weeks ago we went to Lumber Liquidators in El Paso Tx. We ordered flooring for are entire home. It was delivered as scheduled and the installation was more than I could ask for. Unbelievable. It's a tiny little store. They don't have anything in the store that they have listed on the website. the website is quoting $300 for my floor. I ordered more than $2,000 in wood flooring. I needed one more box to finish the project. Local store did not have any more the wood that I needed. so it was ordered through another store in Houston that I had to pay additional shipping charges. Delivery of the box was supposed to be in 5 days. After one week, I did not receive the box. Called the local store and found out that the box of wood was never shipped from the Houston store. I was given another tracking number and for the second time wood floor was ordered from the same store in Houston. Waited for another week, still no box. Called the store and find out again that box was not shipped. Box of wood was ordered for the third time. I was given a third tracking number that I could not track on FEDEX. I called the customer care in corporate office. They called the Houston store and they promised that the box was going to be shipped the same day. I was given a new tracking number to track the shipment. bunch of lies. unable to track. I sent an email to the CEO of the company complaining about this situation. I got an email that my email is being sent to customer care for action. After three day, I got another call from the customer care with a new tracking number. Three weeks have passed, I have four FEDEX tracking tracking numbers, and no box of wood flooring. Good luck dealing with this business. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am giving it one star, because this is the lowest I am allowed to give. read more

After spending hours researching and searching for flooring options throughout Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX for our homes two-story addition we settled on Lumber Liquidators. We made a number of trips to their store, took samples home and received great customer care and support each time we were there. We finally selected the hand-scraped Honey Bamboo and we could not be more thrilled. When people see our new flooring everyone comments on how beautiful it is. We bought more flooring than we needed but the store graciously permitted us to return it, even though we were a few days past the 30 day return policy. I would definitely use Lumber Liquidators again and recommend you check out the beautiful and sustainable bamboo flooring! read more

I'm not going to change my review of the store, because the store employees behaviors are still unacceptable. However, I would like to give kudos and appreciation to Sandra, Customer Service Manager from the Corporate office, as well as the local Store Manager, Andy for reaching out to me and providing apologies on behalf of their employees. They both assured me that this was not the type of behavior that they support or tolerated from any Lumber Liquidator employees. They were both very kind and helpful to me.
