I ended up shopping their Fall Sale online instead and purchased one of the delightfully whimsical chicken mugs. It arrived at my house swiftly and was well-packed, and came with a handwritten note. The price was high for a mug but I love getting to use real handmade art around the house. I highly recommend checking out their online storefront if you can't visit in person and want a lovely, functional bit of art. She bought several pieces of glass and a very large, expensive frame. When she returned home, the glass was cracked on the frame. I brought it back the next day and explained what had happened. The woman who was helping me was named Bonnie. First I moved back the bag to show her that crack and she yelled, "Don't do that! You will get glass everywhere!" "Go grab another one!" I went to look for another one and couldn't find out. I tried to get someone else to help me because I didn't want to deal with this woman snapping at me again, but the young girl directed me back to her. I went back to her and nicely explained that I couldn't find another one She snapped, "Well, it wasn't broken when your daughter bought it!" I said, " No, but It was broken when she got home. She figured that it wasn't wrapped well." She then yelled, "We don't even have to wrap them! We just do that to be nice." A nice young man came up then and said he was putting in another piece of glass in. She stomped off. I waited for her to return because I was very angry by this time and I wanted to tell her what poor customer service skills she had, but the young man returned and he was very pleasant. I thanked him and left. I am already disgusted by the prices in Hobby Lobby. Everything is over priced and mostly made in China. But, now after being treated like that, I will not be returning.
