So I want to get this right, it was about 2 p.m. Jan 13th and the counter girl I think her name was skye that's what it says on the slip was the most exceptionally helpful customer service person that I have seen in ages. She had empathy for me being broken down a hundred miles from home she loaned me some tools from the back area with no hesitation and she sent one of the little white cars to pick up a new pulley at a different store to help me out of a jam. On main Street in Webster there is every brand of auto parts store within a mile of each other if you need anything check out O'Reilly's, other than my car breaking down it was refreshing that they take such good care of their customers. The guy behind the counter saw me standing there as he had to pass me to get behind the counter to finish helping the customer in front of me. Another customer walked in and noticed he knew the person in front of me and started talking with him. When the sales associate finished with the customer in front of me, he walked away to help the other associate real quick. Upon his return to the register, I took a step forward as I was the next customer in line, but the associate looked right at the guy that came in after me that was talking to the customer in front of me. And said " hey man! What can I do for you?" This associate completely ignored me! I could not believe that he did that. I walked out and decided to go one minute down the street to advanced auto. I'm so glad I did. I had the best service. So, I would not recommend going here, save the trouble and go straight to Advanced Auto in Webster!!!
