They cleared out old ugly brick pavers and a fire pit from previous owners of our home, installed French drains, brought in dirt to level out portions of the yard where the project was being done, and created an extra gravel parking spot to allow for parking/storage inside our privacy fence. They fried my new grass, I planted. I asked for a call before they come out, so I could cut my grass beforehand, they called once. They did not fertilize certain areas of the lawn, still had weeds, crabgrass, etc. Then they called me and said I have a credit of 161.00 dollars, would I like the winter treatment. I said, I thought that was included in the plan. He said no, so than I said can you mail me an itemized bill. Never received that either. Even talked to the office lady about mailing the itemized bill, never received.

We have been dealing with this shady company for YEARS now even though we cancelled their services…read morein 2014!! We received a bill in 2016 for services that were not approved or done, and today we received another bill for services (not done nor approved as we ARE NOT customers!! I called and talked with the manager in 2016 and he said he would take care of it. Obviously, their company is either shady or incompetent....perhaps both. When we were customers in 2014 we caught one of the service technicians only treating the front yard and yet we we were billed for the front and back. We are not the only people that have been billed by Signature even though there is no contract or present services being approved. My advice is to stay away from this company.
