We had a tree fall in our house during a big storm. It was a100ft oak tree and it crashed through…read morethe roof. I called Elliot's Tree Service and they came out right away. Within four hours they had the tree off the roof. They worked with a crane and pulled it all off without adding to the damage. Josh Elliot told us due to the storm he was very busy and couldn't get to the cleanup for awhile. In the mean time we cleaned up and cut everything ourselves. The only thing left was the tree trunk and stump. He came over two weeks later and saw everything cleaned up. In fact he asked us if we had a card because he could use us because Nothing was left for him to do except the trunk and stump. He cut the huge trunk in two and loaded the pieces on his trailer. It was white oak so he was able to sell it to a saw mill. Here's where Is went south. We received a bill to give to the insurance company for $15,200! This included all the cleanup (which he did NOT do) We did all the cleanup and Elliots charged the insurance company full price even after we personally did all the cutting and cleanup!! Elliot's charged the insurance company for cleanup that he never did!! He does a great job but will gouge you on the bill and has no problem with padding the bill in an insurance job. We asked him directly if he could reimburse us or lower the bill to reflect all the work we did. Elliot's refused. Elliot's Tree Service does excellent work but has no problem with price gouging

I got ahold of Monster Tree and talked to a guy and he was very nice about everything I wanted. He came out and gave me a price list for each tree that I wanted work done on, he said I could do as much or a little as I wanted. The price was rated for each tree. I called them and set up a day to do the work and they were here first thing in the morning ready to go. Of course it was a drizzly rainy cold morning but they were there to work. They started working everybody knew what to do and where they should be, it was neat to watch them work. The rain stopped and they started working on the last tree, the one over the house. They were great and cleaned up all the limbs and twigs that fell. Yes I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else. Great guys that know how to work, very polite, and clean.
