It took less than a year for the concrete to form a 4ft long crack right where the water puddles. The owner of Wilmer Concrete claimed he'd come out to look when I told him water flows to the house and not away from the house like its suppose to. But Ryan Wilmer was a no show. Never came out. Almost a year later I emailed about the crack in the concrete. He said he'd come out. But he never arrived. Now the black fiberboard used to separate the old concrete from the new concrete he poured has dissolved. Rain water flows from the driveway to the garage and into the gap. It just drains somewhere under the concrete. I tried to fill it with foam and silicone but it's a poor substitute for a job well done.

From the first encounter until right now, everything turned out perfectly. My quote was quick and crystal clear. He was polite and professional. No hidden charges or upselling at all. We made our appt and only had to wait 15 days. Josh showed up at exactly when he said he'd be here. We walked around my house, and I showed him my concerns. He immediately got started and he spent his entire day doing exactly what he said he was going to do. I was shocked that he was able to work a miracle in 6 hours. I can't tell you how often I have had a service done, and not been satisfied. That was absolutely not the case with Josh. His work is impeccable, and it's clear his attention to detail is on the top of his list. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their home to be "like new" again. I would recommend him to my Mom and Grandma, that's how impressed I am with his services. I plan to schedule an annual cleaning for my siding and to also get my roof cleaned. Now that I have met him and seen his work firsthand, I will not be contacting any other company for work that needs to be done. He will be my first and only call. Thank you, Josh! Our house has never looked better!
