The black water tank indicator said it was full, when I knew it wasn't. I put off (through the hot summer months) dealing with it, not the smartest idea. So now I want to take my trailer out for a week of camping but must have that clog cleared beforehand. After calling perhaps 5-6 places, one of the RV dealers downtown suggested I call Lionel at EZ Flush. Holy moly, I'm so glad I did. Not only did he come out and clear/clean the clog, he told me how it happened, and what to do to avoid that happening in the future! I would have gladly paid him twice the amount I did ($120) for his service today because now I get to use my trailer again and I know what to do to avoid it from happening again! Seriously, it's excellent service and Lionel is a local guy who's been here in Santa Rosa doing business for a while. He even told me that if I have a problem to call him and he'll try to walk me through it over the phone "no charge" Who does that? Excellent, professional and knows what he's doing! So, let's start with service: Jose picked up my call on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and promised to arrive for an emergency septic tank pumping on Monday/Memorial Day. Amazing! Jose and his crew are professional and knowledgeable and they bring the right balance of humor and seriousness into their work. He has educated me through every step of the process, per my request, with patience and clear communication. Technical expertise: it is clear that Jose has been in this field and in Sonoma County for a long time. He was dear friends with the septic guy we used 10 years ago on our property and is well connected in this area. Although he has all the modern tools needed to fully diagnose what our septic tank/each line system needed, it was as if he knew what the issues were prior to even digging into the soil. He is a solid pro and very trustworthy. It's tough to say whether he was a better value than others, as this is our first run of dealing with septic issues, but he seems fair. WCS was incredibly professional, knowledge, nice, responsive, timely and came out quickly to diagnose the problem and came back 2 days later to completely fix the issue with their tractor and equipment. I had a kitchen sink that was plugged up…read more Long story short, ultimately he had to go under the house in a very small access to the pipes. Turned out there were two holes in one of the pipes that had been leaking for a very long time. So muddy in there. Felt sorry for the guys to deal with it. Here is a picture of the pipe with the holes. As you can see, it was a very dirty job! Efran never complained....had to even go and get more parts. If you want a job done the right way he is your man! Just go on Yelp and see all his recommendations! I think there were 54 at last count....now I will be adding mine. They came out just a couple hours after I called with my emergency (tub blockage), and not only quickly determined what was going on and fixed it, they noticed a problem tied to the blockage that was affecting my kitchen sink and fixed that as well, without charging me any more. Very responsive, extremely reasonable rates, no weekend or travel surcharges, and none of those greedy tactics some other plumbers use of charging just to take a look at the problem.
