I first met Milisea through a mutual friend and my sister whom later on after my dealings with her later told me about some inconsistencies with her while she also used her while planning her wedding back in 2019. I first started speaking with Milisea concerning my upcoming wedding during the spring of 2022. I felt very comfortable and confident that she would be able to accommodate everything that I wanted to see transpire with my wedding from the beginning to the end! I Basically Trusted her. Things started off ok in the beginning but as most Brides know there are a few hiccups along the way that are to be expected while planning a wedding. On July 7, 2022 ,I finally go in to see Milisea .We finally sit down and discuss our plans and the cost and the deposit to execute our wedding. Milisea from the beginning always told me to not worry or overthink things! She promised me that she could deliver! Milisea had a contract that she drafted up covering all the services that she the boutique owner /wedding coordinator would be able to provide to us the consumer/ bride and groom. But she didn't render any of the services that she stated in the contract. As the close of 2022 starts drawing to a close, we start talking about the bridesmaid dresses and the cost and etc. We decide to bring my ladies in at the end of September to be fitted and measured for their bridesmaids gowns! Around December 2022 a coupe of my bridesmaids along with myself are starting to ask when will the dresses be back? I reached out to Milisea concerning the dresses. They hadn't arrived. So finally On February 3,2023 the dresses finally arrived... they arrived back some sized way larger than the ladies were originally measured for back in September of 2022. As the ladies started to go in for their fittings they along with myself discovered that the dresses had to be realted. Now this was in February of 2023. Since a couple of the ladies dresses came back entirely to big Milisea offered to take care of the dresses for the ladies. That same month I finally got my fiancé to come in to see Milisea in regards to have his groomsmen along with himself fitted, but unfortunately he choose to go another route after he couldn't find anything. He ended up going to American tuxedo and bridal. In which he received his tuxedo for free since his groomsmen purchased there's from them. Once I made contact with Milisea to inform her that my fiancé had got his tuxedo and where he purchased it , she then started to bash the company in whom he had decided to do business with since he didn't give his business to her. After that it seemed to me that her entire attitude changed. So I continued to plan my wedding with minimal planning with her at this point. When ever I would reach out to her in regards to anything concerning the wedding she in my opinion seemed uninterested and short in conversation with me. Her actions and intentions didn't seem genuine at this point. As spring is approaching my bridesmaids still hadn't received their gowns. I had to continue to inquire about them, constantly,due to the wedding date getting closer! On june 3, 2023 the ladies dresses finally came! But yet again two of the ladies dresses still were wrong and still needed to be altered yet again! At least three of the ladies were still having their dresses altered up untill the week of our wedding! On July 13,2023 approximately two weeks before my wedding I go in to see Milisea about having my wedding dress altered and possibly cleaned before my wedding. Everything went well! Prior to me leaving I spoke with Milisea concerning her being there for our wedding rehearsal and the time. As we are discussing the time for the rehearsal she tells me that her job was having her to work out of town but she reassured me that she would be back for the rehearsal and that she would be there to help for the wedding but wouldn't be able to stay long! I said ok! I thanked her and said ok well I'll see you soon! On Sunday July 23,2023 I met with Milisea again to pick up my wedding dress. As I was gathering my things to leave I then again thanked her!! We are literally days away from the wedding! On Thursday july 27, 2023 I called Milisea to just confirm the time for the wedding rehearsal and no answer! On the morning of friday July 28,2023 I started calling her yet again and leaving messages and she never answered. She never returned my phone call. As the afternoon approached I started to stress and worry at this point! I started getting a feeling that she wasn't going to show! As the day went on I continued to call her but no answer no response! I had to at the last minute reach out to my close friend to help possibly with setting up for the reception.

Was helped by a young lady with dirty blonde curly hair. The experience was 5 stars!!!! She was super patient and helpful!!!!! And the only reason there are 2 stars on this review. I unfortunately wasn't able to book with her again because my maid of honor was not available when she was working. My 2nd visit was ok. 3.5 stars. The young lady was nice, but also seemed a bit annoyed I had picked so many dresses. I did wind up purchasing a dress. 3rd visit was 1 star. I went to meet my mother and my maid of honor as well as to pick up my wedding dress. My friends and family were not greeted nor helped. When I got there I had to walk up to the ladies that were up front super deep Into a conversation as well as Extremely loud to ask for assistance, where I got a few eye rolls and they stared at me blankly where I had to ask yet again if someone could help us. For there to be 4-5 employees standing up front while 2 sets of customers are in the store and only 1 person helping the both of us...... Is besides me. I also wanted to re try on my wedding dress that just came in so my mother who flew across the country could see it for the first time. They hung up my wedding bag in the dressing room and the rest was up to me. I received no help where it took me 15 min just to figure out how to clip in the shoulder pieces.... Had to figure out how to take my own dress out of the bag. (And yes, I had to figure it out.... I've never purchased a wedding dress before or one at David's bridal so I did not know how it was hung on the inside and had to search for the zipper) I had to ask for help just to zipper my dress. I made an appointment for alterations on my dress and missed the confirmation call where they had left a message. I called the store back and the young lady on the phone seemed confused and annoyed when I let her know I was confirming an appointment where she then asked me "why". Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location and will be taking my alteration business elsewhere. It was supposed to be my magical day to pick my wedding dress and all I felt like was an annoyance. If you are choosing to work at a place where people are visiting you during the milestones in their life there is a certain level of service that should be given and as an employee if you are not able to deliver that kind of service, I would highly suggest employment elsewhere.

No one had any issues with sizing, style, color, etc. They told me my dress would be shipped to me by May, but it was ready by February. The alterations department was quick and friendly. It was a little pricey because I ended up getting pregnant in April 2022 and had to have extra alterations, but everything looked and fit perfectly for the big day! I spoke with her first about possibly making a custom dress. Her prices were very reasonable compared to many of the options, and she was also extremely friendly. She explained all the things that we could do to make the dress right for me, and she gave me several quotes based on these options. Unfortunately, these were still out of my price range, and when I said so, she continued to try and help me. She explained that a more budget friendly option is to find a dress on sale and then bring it in for customization. She was careful to warn me about the various things that I needed to keep in mind with this option: staying under $300 for the initial cost of the dress, avoiding defects like bumps in the bodice, etc. The whole time we met, she was patient and understanding, and when I left, I knew that I wanted to use her for my alterations. So, after I had found the "perfect" dress at the store, I brought it back to her. Again, she was amazing. First of all, she was extremely helpful with our schedule. I live in San Francisco, but I am planning my wedding in my and my fiance's home town (Murfreesboro). At the initial meeting, I showed her the areas that did not fit quite right, and she thoroughly explained what she would have to do to make the fixes. Every step of the way, you know that she has a serious grasp on the techniques necessary to deal with any type of dress. Mine was lace, and she explained how she would work with it to make it lay correctly and avoid bunching up. Then, after we had finished the whole fitting, I was standing and admiring the dress when I realized that the bodice did not feel right. I felt really bad bringing it up since she had already finished pinning everything, but when I did, she was very gracious. She explained that the dress (and the bride) settle after standing for a little while, and that it is usual to notice smaller things later in the session. She quickly identified how to make it right and then re-pinned the dress as needed. When the bill came, I was worried because the dress had required a substantial amount of difficult alterations. Tatianya broke down what each thing cost and why, and I came away feeling like I got a great deal, especially knowing her skill level. I have my dress now, and I am so so so glad that took it to her. It fits perfectly, and the French bustle that she added looks incredible. She also had to fix a particularly tricky factory defect that required finding a matching piece of lace somewhere on the dress that could be reattached to the focal point of the bodice. Now, you cannot even tell that there was ever a problem, and I have stared and stared at the dress and still couldn't tell you where she found the lace. Anyways, this review is already super long. So, I will leave it at that.

I set up a Yelp project looking for a tailor who would let me come in on Sunday to get alterations done. Within minutes, Esso responded to me letting me know he'd see me Sunday afternoon. Even with my flight delayed by a few hours, Esso fit me in his schedule, and had the pants ready for me Monday evening. Truly blown away by his professionalism, his service, and his flexibility.
