The day after the event I get an email from the winner of the cooler asking if I got it from the "The Scratch & Dent Department". The handle was broken & a tag on the inside of the cooler was broken (so this couldn't have happened in shipping * they obviously knew this when they sold it to me). I emailed Swank and they refused to give me a refund or even offer to replace it because it was longer than 2 weeks and suggested I file a claim with UPS.
