Sometimes it is difficult for me to get a hold of them to get an appointment but I feel like scheduling online was best and if they missed my call they'd text me back. I'm a frequent massage customer due to all my aches and pains and I prefer Thai massages the most. I usually drive all the way to walnut creek but so happy to have this place close by! The massage was relaxing with perfect pressure. Price is reasonable and the facilities are clean. I'll be back for my regular massages here!

I'm so glad I found this place. I've never gotten a thai massage before, and this definitely did…read morenot disappoint. I occasionally get migraines accompanied by occipital neuralgia and I know nerve inflammation is largely part of it so I decided to try a more intense massage which was a great decision. Massage: I walked into the suite greeted by the receptionist, then was quickly given the intake form to fill out. They brought out a wooden basin to soak my feet in hot water while I was filling it out. My feet were dried off, I was given slippers, and was shown to the massage room. I chose the Signature Thai Massage which I really needed. The back walking was intense (again, it was my first time but I really enjoyed it!), and the accupressure massages + balm and stretches were my absolute favorite. My masseuse was Anna and she was so lovely. She managed to crack my back during some leg stretches which was SO NICE because I'm never able to crack my own back. I added on an indian head massage (because of my migraine and nerve inflammation in my neck). Cost: Very affordable and worth the price. I also liked how I could book the same day and be accomodated so quickly. Hygiene/Facility: The spa is a suite, located in the 2nd floor of a shopping plaza. It's quiet when you walk inside the hallway which makes it a peaceful transition when walking outside back into the noisy world. The spa itself is small, quaint, clean, and has a refreshments table with tea, coffee, and snacks. They have 3 massage rooms (I believe, or more?) which have double beds, but they're very spacious inside and have ample room to place your belongings + move around if you're doing a couples massage. Overall I loved this experience and will definitely be coming back. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Let me start off by saying... I just realized some of the pictures uploaded by the business a month…read moreago must be AI because that is NOT what the actual establishment looks like LOL, shame on me for not noticing prior. I literally decided to give this place a call because of those pictures so now I feel tricked lol. However, my husband and I were on a time crunch because we had to get back home to our babies but wanted to really have a self care day which also happened to be on a holiday. With that said, there weren't many options that were open and or available for the time we needed. We called and were easily scheduled for an appointment with our requests of both female masseuses for a 2 hour couple massage. I've had bad experiences at Asian spots where the men always smelled like cigarettes so I try to avoid it when I can. I got a lil PTSD when we pulled in to the parking lot too because that's all I smelled. Keep in mind the parking lot for this business is fairly small so you may have to find street parking. Another thing that made me apprehensive was the bathroom. It was giving run down, there was no toilet paper holder and the paper towel dispenser was either out of batter or broken? So I honestly wasn't expecting much of the rooms. My husband loved his massage by Grace and I had Kelly. First thought, OKAY with the heated beds! I've ever been to an Asian spot with the heated beds and it was definitely a nice touch! They also had a cute lil electric fire place in the room. As for the massage... Initially, I thought she wasn't going to be applying enough pressure. I came in with so much upper back pain I also kept thinking she wasn't hitting the right spots. Because we had a 2 hour appointment (for the first time) the max we usually get is MAYBE 90 mins; I felt like there was a point where she was kind of BSing the massage. It felt more like she was kind of stroking/petting my back lol. But when she went IN I was pleasantly surprised. She hit a lot of pressure points I didn't even know I had/needed and she didn't just go 0-100 she really took her time to apply pressure so my body had time to respond. I've been to many deep massages that feel ok during the appointment but then make me feel so sore or bruised after. I appreciate how both ladies asked if we were comfortable throughout the massage and when I mentioned I felt like I needed more on 1 side than the other she addressed it. I will say though, I don't remember her ever really touching my shoulders. I'm not sure if that is because my husband circled my upper and lower back as a focus? Regardless, I left relaxed and happy that I left with less pain than I came in with. Can't wait to come back for another! I also plan on gifting a massage to my mom & sis since it's their birthday month!

However- it was amazing- I will return frequently and it is now my favorite place in Walnut Creek! They are a long term WC business that moved from the east side over to Alpine Rd. When you enter the interior is surprisingly large. The front desk was very nice and helpful. You fill out a form with information regarding what you like/ don't like. The massage room had heated bed and a little electric fireplace. My massage therapist has the draping down to a science and I felt very comfortable. I will return and highly recommend.

This has been my go-to spot for years! Appointments are easy to come by and I can get a 2 hour…read moremassage combo for ~$100 (1 hour foot; 1 hour full body). Bring cash for better pricing. Keep in mind that is not your typical massage place. Foot massages are done in a big open room with space for 10+ people. They usually separate you a bit if space allows. Full body massages are done in private rooms.

Weird since I booked an appt but whatev. They then took me to the foot massage room which was empty. An older gentleman was to help me for my foot massage. This is where it gets ho-hum. He went to get the pot of water and put my feet in the water (he didn't ask if the temp was okay or anything). He then went back to chit chat for a bit before taking my feet out of water, wrapping them both up and putting them on the ottoman and leaving to dump the water. I then put my airpods in and waited. And waited. 5 mins later he came and started on the massage. The massage honestly was more like a rub. I felt like he was scratching me from time to time. He also didn't speak English and when I asked him to give firm pressure he completely stopped and had to go get someone to translate. However he still didn't give stronger pressure. OMG. I just tried to relax but it wasn't fulfilling. It was also cold in the room. He also didn't touch either of my big toes or massage them out. WEIRD. After this foot rub, he then told me "Ok full body" and didn't say anything else like where I was going or what. At this point I was so confused but I asked for a female for the full body experience. When I went into the room it was COLD and BRIGHT! The woman didn't ask anything about pressure or no no spots or anything. It was so cold in there. She also applied cold lotion - geez. The massage was just okay. Overall my experience was so so - I wish they would have known I was coming, had dimmed the lights, have staff that speak fluent English so we can ask for things to the actual masseuse helping us and that they would use warmed lotion and have the heat on, on cold days. Also a massage is not a RUB down. A 2 hour massage should elicit a nice nap, and feelings of relaxation not uncertainty when you are finished. I tipped 18% and the guy at the counter looked at me weird, as if I left $5. I was turned off completely by this attitude. They assume they are doing a good job maybe? I don't know if I will be back. There is hefty competition in the area and I don't know if its worth it.
