Nicole definitely knew what she was doing! I did the 60 min deep tissue. She was very strong and attentive. She immediately found all my knots and some tight spots I didn't even know about. She recommended next time to do 90min and that I would see the best therapeutic results with a massage every 2 weeks. I would come back again and see Nicole! I do wish there was less sound bleeding and maybe the ability to turn the lights down lower/music up a little, but otherwise I had a great experience.

Since my massage was decent, we decided to only tip for my therapist. When the matron looked at the screen with the single tip, she made a remark to her colleague in a different language and then converted back to English (she had been speaking English the entire time). Since I don't know what she said, I can't confirm whether she was making a snarky remark or not, but it gave off that vibe and honestly, that was very unprofessional to do. Very disappointing experience. I am unable to recommend this business.

Upon checking in, the staff welcomes you with a questionnaire and a foot bath (?!). The facilities are clean and tidy. After a 5-min soak, you're provided slippers and escorted to the treatment room. I've had the Signature massages here before-- the best. It feels like a combination of Swedish, Thai, back walking, acupressure, and hot stone. Everything you could want. Their oils are delicately scented and leave my skin super soft. And they focus heavily on your preferred areas, while still leaving enough time to massage the rest of your body. I've run into places that either disregard your questionnaire entirely or focus solely on your preferrred areas; Hattha didn't have this issue. They seem to strike the perfect balance. The massage therapists are courteous and professional. And STRONG...! They don't shy away from applying pressure or working out difficult knots. I always return home so relaxed afterwards. I need to take my bf here next time...!

The walk to our tub was one of my favorite parts. The garden-like pathways with all the trees and flowers made it feel like we had left the Bay Area for a little while. It was peaceful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our private tub was surprisingly spacious and included a changing area with a bench, mirror, hooks, and even a shower, which was a nice bonus. We were also happy that our tub was open to the sky instead of covered-- it was so nice being able to look up at the clouds while soaking. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be at night under a clear sky full of stars. We came because we were incredibly sore after some intense workouts, and spending an hour here was exactly what we needed. It was clean, private, relaxing, and absolutely worth the money. We'll definitely be back!!!

What sets her apart is the attention she gives to what I actually need during each visit. If I have a specific area that is bothering me, she takes a genuine interest in addressing it rather than simply following the same routine every time. She has incredible strength when deeper pressure is needed, but more importantly, she adjusts her technique and approach based on the individual needs of her client. After four years, I consider her a trusted provider and an important part of maintaining my physical well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive deep-tissue massage therapist.
