I have no regrets or complaints: the crew was prompt, friendly, polite, and efficient and the whole job was completed when Mark said it would be. So much for convenience, right? Just another fun adulting task to add to the list! I found Terra Nova, which specializes in both, and that's all they do. You sign up on their website and they come out twice a year to turn your system off and drain it, turn it back on in the spring and check the backflow. They're one of EWEB's certified contractors, so they send the test results directly to EWEB. I signed up and they fit me in for the winterizing the same week. The cost seemed reasonable when you sign up for their ongoing service. So far, very pleased. One task checked off the list.

We have worked with many contractors on numerous projects at our home over the years. My wife and I by far had our best experience with Ed and his crew. Our project was not a small one. We did a complete front yard renovation, including grass, flower beds, edging, paths, lighting, and irrigation. In our back yard we redid the irrigation, edging, lighting, and added a water feature. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. The ability of Ed to understand what we wanted was incredible. Nick and Jase totally made everything pop. They took the image we had in our minds and made it real. We have walked around the yard on many occasions just enjoying the beauty, setting in the back yard after dusk enjoying the tranquility of the lights and southing sounds of the fountain.
