I arrived at 615pm and I was greeted by T who was going to be our trainer for the workout. He checked me in and then told me that I would have to pay for the class because they no longer accept classpass. I explained that if I was able to book on classpass earlier that day and I didn't receive any notice that I couldn't book I should be able to workout. He stated that he would talk with someone to confirm. T came back and stated that it was fine for me to workout but in the future to book on their website. So he explained all the stations to me and we got started. It was a great workout with some stations mimicking the Hyrox completion. There were 10 stations and we had 3 rounds at each station. When we finished, I thought we were going to do some sort of stretch but people just started to leave so I knew we were done. Overall I'm not sure if I'll be back but I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it out.

The transformations that I've seen in the short time there are impressive. It's worth a try if you haven't already.

I have a knee injury that does limit certain things I can do but I do push myself to keep up in the…read moreclass. I tend to avoid classes and things that will aggravate my knee, but I was doing fine in this class. Today the instructor wanted to change things up and go for a run, I did not know it was going to be a longer run, I'm really not supposed to be running too much hence why I go to HIT classes. I tried my best to keep up with the pace Christian the instructor set but I ended up having to walk when my knee started hurting. No big deal right. Well before you know it I'm alone in a neighborhood I don't know and I have no phone. I have been assaulted in the past so I started getting really nervous and panicking. I made it back to class but by then I'm in tears. I just grab my things and leave. I get to elevator and Christian runs to elevator and asks if I'm ok and I said no I am not ok. He says "you can talk to me." I'm like ok I tried to run, I didn't know it was gonna be that much running and my knee stopped me cause it hurt, had I known it was that long I shouldn't have gone. Then I told him being left alone in a neighborhood I dont know without a phone was not cool. He got mad then said "you don't even pay a membership, you're a class pass member and you have been coming here and liking the classes and not paying membership, here we push and if you don't like it then don't come back!" He then just walks away. I was just in aww about his attitude about what had happened and just said "wow" in return. So if you have an injury that limits you, don't expect him to be accommodating, especially if you're a class pass member. If he saw the xray of my knee maybe he would understand but I shouldn't have to. It was expected that I would have a knee replacement by the time I was 40, I'm 39 and I actually used to have a handicap parking card, so I can say I have been pushing myself and doing great, but I guess not to his standards. On another note, he never approached me personally about signing up for a membership or that continuing class pass was a problem. I'm new to class pass and didn't know I'm supposed to switch to a membership if I keep using the same gym. But that really has nothing to do with what happened today.

It wasn't intimidating or cold like many other gyms I've tried in South Florida. The variety of the 13 different workouts keeps me from getting bored and the progressive programming has made me stronger! The coaches are top notch and really care about my goals, checking my form and making sure I get a great workout. The community is very welcoming and they do fun events like happy hours, socials, bowling etc....I'm so happy I found BFT and it's amazing community!

The facility is very clean and community members are quite welcoming. Good for all fitness experience levels - from beginner to advanced. They switch the classes up each day of the week to keep the workouts fresh. Unlike traditional CrossFit gyms that I felt were too rough on my joints or too high volume (ex: high rep deadlifts or other exercises that should be low volume/high weight), they balance the training volume well. It's nice to show up and turn off your brain and follow the workouts, adjusting them to make them more challenging or easier, as necessary. The cardio classes definitely kick my ass and force me to work harder than I would if I just went to the gym by myself and toiled away on the treadmill or stair master for 40 minutes. Would definitely highly recommend!

First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. I would definitely come back to this location. Reasons why it didn't get 5 Stars 1. No after workout stretch 2. No Showers 3. Music selection
