Classes rotate through different stations with equipment like dumbbells, rowers, and resistance bands, keeping every session fresh and challenging. The instructors guide you through each move and offer modifications so you can push yourself safely, no matter your fitness level. I've been working on getting back into a consistent routine, and Grit60 has honestly been a huge part of that. Workouts are tough, but I feel so good afterwards -- energized and proud of myself. Will and Jess are my favorite instructors hands‑down. They bring so much positive energy, actually coach you through the moves, and the music they play is great. If you want a workout that keeps you accountable, pushes you in the right way, and keeps things fresh, Grit60 Plantation is worth it. I look forward to every class!

I arrived at 615pm and I was greeted by T who was going to be our trainer for the workout. He checked me in and then told me that I would have to pay for the class because they no longer accept classpass. I explained that if I was able to book on classpass earlier that day and I didn't receive any notice that I couldn't book I should be able to workout. He stated that he would talk with someone to confirm. T came back and stated that it was fine for me to workout but in the future to book on their website. So he explained all the stations to me and we got started. It was a great workout with some stations mimicking the Hyrox completion. There were 10 stations and we had 3 rounds at each station. When we finished, I thought we were going to do some sort of stretch but people just started to leave so I knew we were done. Overall I'm not sure if I'll be back but I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it out.

You can sign up for a drop in class on the Mind & Body app for $18 or opt for a membership. The first month is $49 for unlimited classes! When we arrived, the instructor was signing people in and gave a few instructions for first-timers (just me) on the importance of hydration. Hydrate 45(?) minutes before and after class, making sure to drink something with electrolytes as you sweat... a lot. Walking into the warm studio, you already start to sweat but the class was amazing with the instructor aware of the skill levels of everyone in class. I was so grateful for her going over certain things a bit more as I haven't stepped into an in-person yoga class since college. I was DRIPPING in sweat, in the best way possible, and was absolutely drenched by the end of class. Even though I felt like I just took a shower, I was so relaxed. Pro tip: don't forget to bring your own mat, towel, and water!

They have dynamic pricing for their starts-every-10 minutes workouts with the super early peak 5am-7am slots being over 10 credits each (over $22). But their off peak workouts can go as low as 4 credits each ($8-9). Perhaps because it's new, the studio is sparkling and bright with two of its walls being completely glass windows. The equipment is a pleasure to use, since it hasn't been worn out. The foam pads for resting arms during plank exercises are plush, the sandbags haven't been broken in the middle and have intact sturdy handles, and the medicine balls don't have threads sticking out or about to open stitching. This makes it easy to focus on decoding the movements on the screen in each station and doing them 3 times each. Plus, like each Sweat440, they have towels available to use! My sweaty self thanks them. Each workout for the day has a focus on lower body, upper body, core and cardio or total body. 4 stations for 40 minutes in total with a minute between each station and starting every 10 minutes means you will be able to get the workout in, with no excuses. The movements are shown on a screen at each station, so you don't waste any time asking someone what the next movement is. It does mean you have to grasp the movement in 30 seconds and go when the buzzer goes off, but there is always a trainer going around on the floor if you need to ask for clarification. The only thing you have to think a little more about is how heavy a weight you want to use for the next movement. There will be 10, 25, 45 pound free barbell weights available for something like a goblet squat or squat press, and there will be a full rack of free weights to do something like chest presses, renegade rows or Romanian deadlifts. It's up to you to decide how heavy you want to go, but it's good to start light since you'll be doing it for two more rounds. What I like with this location is that I've always seen at least two trainers present, one at the check in desk and one on the floor cheering and correcting form. It means if you have an issue with your account or a question, you don't have to wait for the trainer to come off the floor to address it. I jammed and skinned a finger in the weight rack once and was able to get a trainer to give me a bandage for my bloody finger right away. The location is great in the heart of downtown Miami Lakes, where a lot of restaurants and shops have been coming up. If you're in the area, I definitely suggest you check this studio out and get your sweat in!

The concept of never being late is very helpful. Their classes start every 10 mins and there are 4 stations with 3 movements in each. It's a 40 minute workout that will leave you feeling great! The coaches and staff are super friendly and constantly motivating you, our favorite coach so far has been Apollo. Each day of the week targets either upper body or lower body. As a tip, Saturday and Sunday classes are harder as they are full body workouts. Gym always looks clean and fresh and smells nice ;). There are free lockers, a water station, showers and restrooms. We aren't the type that would have gym memberships, but we signed up right away after trying out the free class!

From the moment I walked in, the energy was high, the music was on point, and the staff made me feel welcomed and hyped instead of intimidated. Chanty is an incredible instructor super clear with her cues, motivating without being over the top, and really good at checking in and offering options whether you're new or more advanced. The mix of treadmill and floor work had my heart rate up the entire class, but the time flew by because the programming and playlist were so good. What really sealed the deal for me was the experience after class. The locker rooms and showers were spotless and perfectly equipped with everything I needed: towels, toiletries, hair products, dryers literally all the post-workout essentials so I could leave feeling refreshed and ready to go on with my day. Tucked in a small Publix plaza, Tapout Fitness offers premiere martial-arts infused workouts with highly trained coaches and trainers. If the name Tapout sounds familiar, it's because Tapout Fitness is an extension of the Tapout clothing brand, that officially sponsors combat sport fighters in UFC and WWE. Personally, as a lover of MMA and UFC, I was immediately impressed. Unlike other kickboxing/boxing style gyms, Tapout Fitness is truly focused on teaching proper techniques of each fighting style. Each trainer has extensive martial arts experience and tailor makes workouts that professional fighters practice with all the time. Some workouts are fully focused on kickboxing combinations and techniques, while others also include resistance and interval training exercises with battle ropes and kettle bells. So regardless of your fitness level, you're still getting an amazing workout. On the days I feel like going solo and working at my own pace, I really enjoy the Tapout 20 circuit workouts. Although, they're promoted like a 20 minute workout, I usually triple it for an extra sweat factor. Tapout Fitness literally fulfills everything I ever wanted in a gym and I couldn't recommend it more! I love it here!
